hey anyone have this, i just found out when i click checkout, the item I was going to buy already got taken but then it was already input my card # and click submit to purchase the tickets. Later when the confirmation page show up, it just say $0.00 and it doesn't give me the box number or anything. However, my card still got charged for that amount. If I call, will they knwo enough english if i explain them my situation because I call the first tiem to order tickets but they don't seem to really know that much english. (except probably like hi, thanks, bye)

Wow, I hope that isn't the case because those were garden box seats. If they did cancel my order for no apparent reason, then at least inform me of the situation, but thankfully theres still terrace box seats.

I'm not Korean either, nor do I speak the language, and I know that I was not the only non-Korean at last year's concert by far.

Don't worry about being uncomfortable, I guarentee you will enjoy all aspects of the show :] I had an absolutely AMAZING time last year, and I'm even more excited this time around.

As far as places to stay, I'm not much help, but I'm sure if you search for hotels around the Hollywood Bowl area you will be able to find something to your liking.

My friend and I got 4 tickets for HB on the 1st day it came out online. We originally got the seats we wanted in GB04, but we signed in the wrong username so my credit card wouldn't work... and since we didn't know how they ticket system worked, the tickets were "sold out" when we refreshed the page under the right username SO we bought the next-best ones in GB06 instead. After we bought them, we realized that GB04 was available again and we were a bit disappointed. Anyway, just wondering if anyone who went last year has a picture from the very back of GB06 in the corner closest to the aisle of GB05? I saw the picture from hollywoodbowl.com but it's from the middle.


I wish they'd release the list of artists now so we can start planning out trip down to LA + book our airfare! We're from Vancouver and we're only coming for HB.

Hey if we're spending more money on tickets this year, doesn't that mean they should bring in better artists?
You know, either way, Korea Times wins. If they sell out this year but it's a crappy concert, ppl wouldn't want to go next year. But if next year they bring in really good artists, ppl will buy and Korea Times will probably sell out again once they find out who's going haha

The prices has gone up the last 3 years. Pool was $150 in 2006, $175 last year, $200 this year.

Yeah, the price is really going up. I remember my first time going, it was like $30 in the M section, and it just gets higher and higher. Shoot, even gas money goes up to drive up there. The funny thing is, two years in a row, I sat behind these pack of grandpas and grandmas. They were super active and all into the concert dancing and singing.

Does anyone know if Whilshire Grand is still one of the sponsor hotels?

^ i don't think it's very likely to meet singers without a backstage pass unless you are lucky and bump into them somewhere.
