eh...... Maybe you can bring one while on your leisure time before the concert (pre-concert festivity),

but for the concert? I doubt theyll allow it. Im only guessing if you somehow get that gas burner or whatnot into the HB, your only going to make the security at the HB worser than it already is imagined.

here are the essentials you MUST ABSOLUTELY BRING:
-your ticket
-a small bag with your money, etc
-a blanket or thick jacket. trust me, it gets cold. but if you're in the front, no need X]
-a camera. do you really think you'll remember the concert with crystal-clear clarity?
-money, water. don't bring inconvenient foods like...individually packed rice and little side dishes. just bring some kimbap, bibimbap, buy some fast food. bring lots of liquids.
-binoculars. if you're sitting way in the back, even though there are screens, it's really exciting to see them with your own eyes
-don't be wearing flip flops.
-maybe some back cushion/sorta typa thing.
-throat soothers (ricola, halls) or hard candy for your poor throat.

another reason to bring binoculars is that intill it's night time the big tv screens are hard to see becuz of the sun.
i sat in the middle part of terrence,just far enough to need binoculars,and i couldnt see the screen till around half away though it i dunno about the ppl behind me but i couldnt see them.

also i suggest to you to not bring balloons >.<
i did last year and everyone around me claimed they couldnt see.
i felt lame becoz i was the only one with balloons xD 2 blue and 2 gold

one last thing i wish i'd had,gloves xD it was almost even to cold to hold the camera!


i know,i think they'll go too! they had sence last november to decide wether or not to go! why would they pass up a chance to preform in the US!

There's still tickets available right? I want to go buy some before they release the artist list just in case like, a ton of awesome people are going and so other people want to see them. Just one quick question, I tried buying tickets last night, but it said there was an error in my transaction. I called the customer service place and they said they didn't know what was wrong. I figured it might be because I was trying to check what seats I would get and it though I was buying a lot so it put a time out on the purchase or something. Either that or maybe it doesn't take check cards. Well I told the lady that at the customer service and she said she still doesn't know so would it be better if I just buy the tickets directly from phone then? Would that be reliable?

This is going to sound REALLY...random/weird, and it's too soon to say, but I have a strong feeling TVXQ is coming this year...

because online isnt working right now, and my friend tried to call in today, but since she couldnt speak korean, she couldnt do anything =(

oh they can speak in english! =] cause i called many times and they speaked english sometimes the korean lady picks it up and gives it to another person so yeah ionno if it helps but yeah

oh dude... now that everyone here is saying that dbsk is probably going to come, i'm seriously reconsidering my decision... i really just want to skip prom now T_T but sadly, i didnt buy any good tickets this year cus i wasnt planning on going~

Terrace should be fine but if you would like a clearer view
of them get binoculars or watch the big screans.

Same here, I mean about the whole online thing not working right now. I called today and asked them about it and the lady said she doesnt know whats going on with the website. Anyways, she greeted me in Korean and I kind of had a spazz moment, but I continued speaking in English and she understood me just fine.

So I have a question!

So I bought my tickets and I asked for the WILL CALL option when i called the lady.
So for the people that know how to do this?
When we go to the WILL Call booth what information do we give them?
Because I want to be prepared.
If i'm not prepared I might not have the right information and not get my ticket ._.

It seems as if some people received confirmation numbers and some did not. All you really need is the person's name the ticket was bought under, and the phone number. It's also handy to have the last 4 digits of their credit card number that the tickets were charged under, and also know which section seats were bought. If you are really paranoid, you can call them and ask for a confirmation number. But honestly, when they look for your ticket, it's by your name, and they double check with your phone number.

my friend whose going with me just called and said she saw a commercial for the HB and she said
that DBSK/EPIK HIGH/BOA/ERU/BIGBANG were featured. she said that they are the possible artists coming.

did anyone else see that commercial? I want to make sure that she isn't delusional or hyperventilating too much.
she is overly excited but I wanted to see if someone else saw that commercial.

^ my friend just told me a friend of hers printed out some list of this year's hb artists this morning, but i doubt it's real because i don't see it posted anywhere else. according to that list, big bang isn't going to be there. still, i'm hoping that they'll end up going.

as for the dbsk/epik high/boa/eru/big bang part, isn't that last year's artist list? i'd really like to see a concert with them performing though, it'd be one of the best concerts ever.

I think that's the list from last year as well.
HB was probably just showing the list from past years and saying how many great artists came.
Hopefully this year's doesn't disappoint! Less then 5 more days until the list begins to come out~

I live in socal as well and I saw that HB commercial.
I dont think the commercial says anything. It was just showing the artists of the past years.
So yeah. We'll find out the artist list is 5 days anyway. :D

I'm pretty sure its American time (PST) aka like California time. They usually announce it near midnight.

Dbsk did not attend last year. And I'm pretty sure BoA isn't coming this year cause I think someone mentioned she has another scheduled concert like on May 16.

1. Should I try buying the tickets online tomorrow? If there is an error in the transaction, like some have mentioned,
does that mean I am losing money or the transaction just did not occur? And if so... what is the number to call to buy
tickets. The KoreaTimes office number, I'm assuming? And someone will speak in English to me, and be able to sell
me the tickets I need, correct?

2. Seats next to the Supers. I'll have an okay view for a first-time go, right? I know I'll need like, a mega-zoom camera,
and what not. But as long as I can see SOMETHING, I'm good. =]]

3. I'm Indian. I know the basics of Korean. Will I be totally lost as to what's going on? My primary focus is the music and the artists, but even if I don't understand much, it's still totally worth it right? It certainly seems so.

- eRM yea the representatives at Koreatimes speak English, basically all the seats from Super and beyond doesnt sell out until the day of the concert.

- You wont really have to waste your money on a mega zoom camera, since theres TWO GIA-NORMOUS SCREENS you can look at.

- As long as you have fun, this concert will be worth it.

- Im korean The HB is very exciting/great experience.. youll like it

2. i'm not a big fan of the far seats cause super seats are really far out there, last year i had terrance box and i wasn't happy with it cause we were far and i wanted to be close, it was like watching little ants!!
3. i'm not korean, but not understanding it was ok for me, i was more for the artists!!! but last year was great so worth it if you have fun!!

I see many of your posts about this so I can tell your kinda nervous right? BUT DONT WORRY! Belive me. People of all nationalities and ethnicities go to HB and enjoy it. You will too~ Im sure of it. I didnt understand anything last year either, but it was such a blast.
