I'm guessing thats the reason they don't allow reservations this year.
It creates a lot of extra work handeling all cancellations and changes.

On the other hand, selling binding tickets to an event without telling who will be there.

I have an important question. Since I will be traveling to california for the concert I need to pick up my tickets at will call. But on the korean music festival site it says that you must provide your picture ID and Credit Card used to purchase tickets when you pick them up... How strict do they enforce this rule? And have any of you been able to pick up your tickets at willcall without the ID or credit card used to purchase tickets? Because I recently cancelled my credit card and requested a new one but the company has not sent it in time to order... The only option I have now is to use my aunt's credit card and she will not be attending with me... so what should I do?

Will it be aired on TV?
-Usually LA18 airs the concert at a later date
-MBC airs it in KOREA.

Are seats assigned or first come first serve?
- when you buy the ticket, they assign you the seats. like, i bought my tickets so they gave me row 5, seat 24 26 and 28 in bench g2; also you have to remember that the odd numbered sections are counted by odd numbers (the seats, so it would be like.. 1, 3, 5) and even numbered sections are counted by even numbers.

How and when do I pay?
You can pay with credit card or cash. You pay over the phone with your credit card - they ask for your credit card #, name and such. Or you can do cash where you go to the Korea Times place and pay there.

When and where do I pick up my tickets?
- You can pick them up anytime before the concert - days before or that day, at the Korea Times Office

Are cameras and camcorders allowed?
- I believe they are allowed =p

Proms are the walkways that you travel on to get to your ticket, but they also denote what section you live in. For example, Box seats (like the garden) are prom 1, but super seats are prom 2. People with super seats cannot run down into prom 1 and invade the pool circle. It'll say on your ticket what prom you have, and it makes it easier to find your seats (ask an usher on the way up).

I think its better buying online. I'm pretty sure the phone lines will be busy tommorow. Since a lot of people will be buying tickets. The longer you wait for the phone lines to be free the good seats might get sold out. So buying on the website is faster.

Yes it will be busy for sure. You will only get their answering machine for a while. I had to call lots of times for someone to pick up last year. Will Call is a booth that Korea Times has at the Hollywood bowl. You can pick up your tickets at the Will Call booth at the day of the concert at Hollywood bowl if you can't pick up the tickets before the concert.



Yes you can buy pool circle online or by phone. They will tell you where you are seating. I'm pretty sure the website does but i don't know about the person at Korea Times.

It worked for me. I just made a account and logged in. They do tell you your seats when they get the tickets.
