I have that same feeling too! The site seems pretty unorganized and a lot of people are trying to order at the same time and I'm afraid some people might get the same tickets as others =___= I hope that doesn't happen.

Maybe this will help answer some questions:

After having called the box office, we were told that tickets are being sold by the computer system in different batches.

So as seats are being sold out, more seats will be released by the system.

All orders made before 10am will be cancelled, so garden boxes and pool circles WILL become available later today.

So just because it says sold out now, it may not be sold out. Just keep checking the site.

yes i think you guys should yell and complain. seriously.

when you guys get in contact with them, i highly recommend that you tell them that they are really disorganized so that it wont be like this next year.

Last row of garden is still available if anyone wants it just call them lol.

I am too. I've been able to get through nearly every time sold out tickets became available again, and I've seen Section D seats 4 & 5 appear twice.

I called them and so did a friend call them and the guy said that a lot of the seats are getting canceled. So I believe they're clearing the canceled and the site is updating whenever. Why are they getting canceled, I don't know most likely because people ordered before 10 am. Just be patient because the computer will clear and seats will be available so check the website often. There's really no use in calling if their system is like that.

Korea Times seriously need to get more organized.. I mean I called way early in the morning and people called later managed to get better seats than I did. :\

Row 7. I remember it clearly because the first time I was about to check it out, it told me that that it wasn't available anymore, but then an hour later, those same seats appeared.
Perhaps the person canceled the order. Perhaps the system was just being mean to me. It was still weird nonetheless.

She is sooooo kind!
I told her about my receiving 2 confirmation emails..
so she looked it up, and she said it's OK, they're the same emails (although the numbers were different o__o)
but anywho, I told her what seat I bought..
and she said that someone else bought that seat.
so I asked her what if I lost my seat~ & she said she'd call me back after she spoke to her supervisor.
so I was planning to wait for her call 'til like an hour later, but she called back right away!
& her supervisor said that he has to talk to the people who are in charge of the website..
cus I told her tickets are available & stuff again often~
& she said "I don't know about that because pool circle here is all sold out.."
so I asked her "f I lost my seat, I wouldn't be able to get another poolcircle seat, right?"
& she said "I guess soo.." rofl it was funny sort of.
but she says that they'll give me a new seat if that one is taken~

no. we were able to stand 2 years ago but last year, they didnt let us stand. they kept telling us to sit down and wouldn't continue the show until we all did.

The reason is the same as mine. A lot of orders for Pool Circle and Garden Box were placed before 10am. So all those orders are being cancelled and the seats are being put up for sale again. Some seats are being held by people in carts. If they aren't able to be paid for within a certain time limit, those seats will become available again. Again...guys...these seats are being released slowly by the computer system. The organization of the system is horrible this year, but it's what we have to deal with.
