i just got asked to go to a senior prom =D!! Never been to one in my life.. haha im only a junior. but do you think its better to get a BIG POOFY dress or a SLIM LONG dress?? i was looking at dresses and i like the poofy ones but im scared its too wedding like lol.. but the slim dress look better on me cause im really skinny.. i just don't like it because am short.. so which??

Wow, you should have bought a cheaper heels, unless you'll be wearing it the whole night. Most girls just brought flip flops and later took off the high heels and slipped them on. You will be exhausted. But it's okay, but you will definately regret it after the night. But they look so beatuiful=]

okay since my last dress failed terribly, what about this? will this dress be okay for prom?
i'll be putting my hair up and wearing heels and earrings, this was just a quick try on.

Thing is, i'm a freshmen and my mom doesnt want me to spend over $100 for a dress I'll never wear again ^^;
I've looked through a couple posts, and I don't think my dress is too much of a stand out going "this is not a prom dress", is it? I've seen some other dresses that totally didn't fit prom, but was still used for prom. XPP i'm just looking for a dress that will look nice, be okay for prom, and not stand out as something saying "this is not a proper prom dress!" haha

cpx3s0ul: oo. cute dress. i can see why they say it look like a wedding dress. it might be the angle, but it makes u look kinda short since the dress reaches towards around ur ankle. i like it as a tube (but maybe because i just prefer tube dresses).

for the corsage u should get red, it'll stand out since ur dres is off white :]

for ur bf, i think a white shirt and gold vest combo would look nice.

^I wouldn't wear a shrug over the dresses. It'd make it look less formal than it should be.
I really like your second one. It's simple but elegant. The first one is too simple and everyone seem to have that style of bubble dress.

Hehe that was for Prom in 2006...I kinda regretted getting that dress cause I didnt think it looked too good on me and I dun like the color nemore O well...and my hair for prom looked like a birds nest...horrible haha
