and in my opinion, i dont think prom dresses should alwaysss be long. there are some really cute short, mid-calf dresses that would look nice. plus, majority is going to wear long dresses, so if you dont want someone to have the same dress or want to stand out... short!

It's not my turn/year to go to prom yet, but I just wanted to mention something.

My friend said his sister got THREE dresses for prom and when she came home her explanation was 'Oh my God, it was so hard i just couldn't decide!' And then she wore ONE of the dresses to the prom and never wore it (or looked at the others) again. apparently they're all still in her closet.

To me, that was kind of messed up. Is that ok to do? because i definitely don't think so!!!!

v She personally told us though that she would never wear any of them anywhere else. even a wedding.

For those who are wearing strapless dresses, are you going to wear a strapless bra?
I'm planning on buying one of those dresses but I have no idea what to wear underneath it lol.

I've been wondering this myself too. I'm thinking about just wearing a strapless bra for my dress, but my friend said that I should wear a bra with clear straps.

my dress is silver.... should i go with silver shoes + purse, or would that be too much silver? i don't know what other colors would match; i think silver looks the best?

I went there last weekend and there were loots of people there. They've got tons of dresses all over the place and some are quite nice but not really to my taste. Very expensive too

so.. i got shoes to go with this dress..
but there weren't many that i liked that came in silver..
so i got white..
but im not too sure if the white shoes would go with this dress..
its kind of sandle-ish with a kitten heal.

& yes! one side is cinched on the dress. at first i thought it was weird, but i think it makes it a little more unique.
ehhehehe what bra? IT'S a bra that clips in the FRONT. i think that makes a big difference. i got it from LA SENZA - Canada. But i'm sure that victoria secret will have some too!. there's barely any padding and it's not even a push up bra.. lol. i think i might get a new one for the dress though... hopefully same effects, but i don't want it to poke out like the black one.

i need shoesss. i'm thinking that i should do my makeup black smokey eye- to make it more dressy since the dress is so simple itself. im thinking that the hair will be updo ponytail with bangs down.
