once you have bit comet on teh left side their should be a list of sites that uses bittorent. sites such as the ones you mentioned. in order to download from those sites you must have a bittorent. i use bit comet!

is it just me or are bit torrent speeds pretty slow?

that's what i thought at first when i first got it. But then soon after it gets better. Depends on what anime you are downloading...those pretty popular ones the speed is above average.
