That's the best Thai Drama which I've ever seen. The first episode is kinda boring, but the others are very good and I love the storyline.

Ok just got a quick couple of questions btw loving the show, always going online to watch with subs on youtube, there must be atleast 1000 users following each part:

1. From the few Thai dramas I've seen, why is rape taken so lightly? I mean the two leading characters either by being completely drunk (chain of love) or forced sex (prisoner of love and Leh Ratree ). The outcome is they are always pregnant and end up getting married.

2. Anyone know where I can watch a complete showing with english subs of daddy for hire?

From my understanding, which is not much, in thai culture and many other asian cultures, girls are not supposed to enjoy sex, especially before marriage. In addition, they are supposed to be pure and have to treasure their chasity-making love is out of the picture; thus in order to write sex into the plot, rape come into play. And I also think that it has something to do with the male domination theory and that the thai audience does not seem to mind those plots . For some reasons, I personally really don't mind it, as long as it only happens in the drama and not in real life. As long as the rape only happens between the two main characters and they will end up together, I am happy. As far as I know, only wishboniko is subbing daddy for hire and she stated somewhere that if she is up for it, she might finish subbing it in the future.
Anyway, back to Jam Loey Rak. It seems like everyone is getting a fever from watching this lakorn, we need to find a cure for it fast. The elevator scene in eps 11 is so sad, harit looks so happy when he bumps into soriya, but once he sees nupit??, he change his expression so fast. Poor guy. I just saw the interview that was just uploaded in wishboniko's youtube channel, and it seems like next week eps is getting hotter. It is cute how aum and aff act so playfully with each other outside the set. Too bad they are not a real couple in real life.

Thanks for the link! Aww, there's no links to download ep. 11. I actually started watching this drama this morning until now. I actually skipped around in some episodes cuz it's too redundant..kept showing a lot of scenes of him torturing her. it bored me a bit.

I have to complain though. Gosh, Harit was a criminal since he kidnapped So, tortured her, made her his slave, imprisoned her and even raped her. (If I'm his judge, I'll make him go to jail for sure! He's lucky that So was forgiving.) And then all he said to her was "I'm sorry", right after he found out that she was the wrong target? I can't help but kept saying that he was in the wrong all this time, and yet he dared to keep her even after found out that she was the victim in all of this. lol. But it's good cuz in episode 11 she could use her suffering to tell Harit to stop with his revenging plans on San. Hahhahaa. I like episode 11. At the end Harit seemed to be very jealous cuz So came with her boyfriend. Umm, actually, wasn't sure what the relationship between them is. And I like the scene that Harit and So met at the house and he was pulling her in and asked her if she misses him. It means he really misses her. lol. I totally could tell that So will take off her bracelet. I can't wait to see the next episode!!! Hope the English subs came out soon after the episode is being aired too.

Oh, yeah, I like how Harit looks when he came back to Bangkok. He looks better with the shaved face, and different clothes. I guess because I'm used to business men look instead of countrymen look. Hahahhahaa.

I personally think it is wrong. Regardless of whether it is in real life or in a drama. After all, a drama like this sometimes reflect real life story. So yeah, in my mind, I still can't seem to accept Harit's way of revenging. At times So said that he is hell. I agree with what she said. lol. Although I think both of us have to think about different sides after he found out what he did. After he raped her, she got so mad at him, and he looked so nervous. Which made audience knows that he loves her. But gosh, he attempted a couple of times to rape her or force it on her. It made me feel so nervous when I watched certain scenes like that.

Lol, he is so humble, the dude owns like an island, a pearl farm, a hotel, and a mansion in bangkok, god knows what else he owns, and yet he wears only those t-shirt all the times. Nonetheless, I feel that image suits him much better - the unshaven and sweety look- fits so well with the theme. If I have to chose, I would much prefer him without any shirt.

She went to have a check-up cuz she had a sign of pregnant symptoms. But the doctor found out that she wasn't pregnant. And Harit told her that he still loved her no matter she was pregnant or not.

Oh, can you tell us more about ep. 12. Since we're all waiting for it. How did he meet up with her, and what happened to the meeting between Sansanee & Harit? Thanks a lot in advance. I'd love to read the summary. This drama is set for 14 episodes? I wish it is longer. Just when we see Harit and Soraya loving each other, and it's about to end.
