yea, i agree that it's not as good as Te wo Tsunagou, but it has a really nice instrumental to it, so i really like the song.

I can play "Te wo Tsunagou" on repeat no problems. It's the opposite for me. I think it's because I've already played "Mikazuki" on loop already, that I sorta got tired of it. And what with it being pimped so much late 2006. Haha.

The only song I have from Ayaka is Why. Obviously because it was used for Crisis Core on the PSP. But I do think she is a really good singer though. Any other tracks that anyone would wanna recommend to a potential Ayaka fan? ^^

I want the CD+DVD. I wouldn't mind if the DVD doesn't have PVs, I want live performances.
Yeah, the PV was kinda boring. But I like the song a lot, so it made up for it. (:

Sing to the Sky is ayaka's 2nd studio album. It was released in three versions: two different limited editions CD+DVD versions and a regular version. The first DVD version features 90~120 minutes footage from her first one man live at Budokan on 2007.12.20, whereas the second DVD version features all of her music videos from the album, as well as all of her music videos from First Message.

You should get the Budokan one! I mean, the PVs are tempting because it's all her PVs, but like, Budokan. ;________; If I had to pick only one version, I would pick the Budokan one.

the "Sing to the Sky" album booklet is gorgeous!
about the album, i really like it. i do enjoy the single tracks more, though (including "for today"). but it's still a nice album to listen to and ayaka's voice is just great, as always.

Yaaay, new ayaka x Kobukuro single scheduled to be released in Fall (September 24)! The song will be called あなたと (Anata to) (With You). The song is supposed to be for a CM so hopefully we'll get a preview soon. (:

i first started noticing ayaka back when i was watching sapuri and also from hearing I Believe when Miki Ando used it for her competition.
ayaka's voice really caught my attention because it was really different from all the other japanese artists i've known (at that time).

There aren't two versions of "Mikazuki". O____O There are two MVs for the song, but not two song versions.
