Whereas Sungmin from SJ lost some weight, like 15pounds (average) between 1st album + 2nd album, but the difference isn't so spellbinding that you can really tell without numbers.

I remember Jung Kyung Ho used to be fat too.

And Park Min Young, I think.

Super Junior's Ryeowook lost a lot of weight before he debuted. Shndong, tho still chubby, lost a lot of weight between the Miracle and U days. Sungmin was also kinda chubby before. SNSD's Tiffany lost weight before she debuted(thus the surgery rumors blabla), hmmm and TVXQ's Yunho and JJ had a period when they were both chubby(predebut). LOL.

TOP is the only one i can think of, but someone posted pictures already

Singer Eru (이루) lost 47kg in ONE YEAR before his debut. kudos to him

Kangin was actually skinny (well... not chubby) when he was younger, but gained a lot of weight as he got older and lost it all after he joined SM.
