what are some big name movies that everyone seemed to have watched except for you? maybe someone here has watched it and can tell you if it's worth it ^^


I never watched any of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies

Battle Royale (sounds creepy but I heard it was good)

Chingu (heard it was really good but not sure where I can find it with english subtitles)

ive never seen... the bourne series...
i only saw the first one "bourne identity", but never seen the other 2~

Some of the other movies I've never seen are:
- any of the pirates movies
- the ring (american or japanese versions)
- shrek 3
- A Walk to Remember
- Oceans 11,12,13 or however many there are
- Godfather (again however many sequels/prequels there are)
- Hana Yori Dango second season
- Meteor Garden both seasons

You need to check out Battle Royale. Truly great film
I've seen the first Pirates of the Carribean but never bothered to watch the others.
I've never seen Grease all the way through and when I tell people that they're like WHAT! But I've never had any desire to watch it, the parts I did watch just bored me.

Grease, Ocean Eleven (etc.), 300, Superbad..

can't think of anymore else lol.

The Bourne series is the best action series ive ever watched, simply because it involves some major hand to hand combat. you guys are missing out if you dont watch it.

the movie i havent seen is 300, Ratatoille and the Pirates of the Caribbean series... but i dont think im missing out on much if i havent seen 300.

I've never watched The Ring, A Walk to Remember, 300, 8 Mile, Pirates of the Caribbean, Knocked Up, Shrek 3, Ocean's Eleven...

...wow, I didn't watch a lot of movies. o_O

It's not scary or anything, it's just disturbing to a lot of people because of the violence and subject matter. It's a great movie, though.


Only the first Pirates movie is real good. The other two are "mleh" and overrated.
Both versions of The Ring are great and scary. A lot of the people hate on the American one just because it's a remake, but I think it's probably one of the best remakes of a horror film ever.
A Walk To Remember is a sappy, cliched romance movie that I guess you'd really only like if you're a diehard fan of romances.
All of the Oceans films aren't great filmmaking, but they're really fun to watch.


Great movie. Hilarious, well-written, well-acted, etc.


You should watch it. It's hilarious and I think it's one of those comedies that will be remembered in years to come.

i haven't watched:

- most popular horror movies... the shining, the exorcist, poltergeist, the descent (i mention this because i've seen the trailer many times and i cry because i want so badly to see it without getting nightmares)
- most old classics... citizen kane, gone with the wind, casablanca, etc., etc.... if it's old, you name it, i probably haven't watched it. i have watched the good, the bad, and the ugly, however. i'm almost afraid to watch citizen kane because people keep talking about the damn sled.
- shawshank redemption (my friend lent me the DVD and it's been sitting in my TV cabinet for months. despite everyone telling me it's the best movie ever, i can't get past the boring-sounding title and the prospect of watching a movie about men in jail.)
- recently... enchanted, cloverfield, la vie en rose

The Lord of the Rings trilogy were all good in my opinion, but that's if you are into fantasy movies. Pirates 1 was the only Pirates of the Carribean movie worth watching.

Saving Private Ryan - I think that is the title
300- watch fives minutes into it and feel asleep
All the Alien and Pretators - my friends and family seen all of them, except me (obviously)
Forest Gump - its been on my list to watch for so long now, just can't seem to sit still while its playing
The Notebook - I could never find time to finish this movie, its interesting but I can never finish it!!!!
