I don't know of many Chinese hiphop/rap, but I HIGHLY recommend Stanley Huang 黃立行 (Huang Li Xing), though he can sometimes be more rock-rap than hiphop-rap

Have you heard Wo Ai Tai Mei (我愛台妹) by MC Hotdog & 張震嶽? It's pretty much a classic in Taiwan already haha. It's pretty damn catchy too

I guess you should check out MC Hotdog's music too. His name sounds ridiculous but he's actually pretty intelligent. I duno where to find his music though

You can try some of the older groups like the L.A Boyz which comprised of Stanley Huang but they do more hardcore Taiwanese rap.

I would definitely recommend FAMA they talk more about HK society which makes it more interesting to listen to.

FAMA (農夫) is gaining popularity in Hong Kong right now, if you like cantonese rap. they're lyrics are so amusing xD

I think Korean rap is better than Chinese rap. I'm not Korean though..

try Shawn m80 Sung, or Shawn Sung for short.
It's really hardcore taiwanese rap. Guys dead now though, so he only has 2 albums out. They're classic underground rap in Asia.
