I just finished downloading this drama and haven't had the time to watch it yet, but looking at the ratings, I'm excited to start watching it. Hopefully it won't be a letdown.

i know it's been said a lot already in the previous page, but i really can't help it:

the beginning part of the episode - though it got the highest ratings - were a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! it was so excessive and stupid! with CX and Anson at that gentlemen's club and hotel thing. omg - it was so dumb! I was half hoping it'd be a dream so that i could forgive the stupidity of it!

the latter part, once XY came in, made it all better. =D the writers all got their groove back

aha - so the abortion papers come to light. i dont' think CX was being wishy-washy or lacking any backbone in not showing his feelings for XY before - how could you express love for someone who vehemently hates you and you don't know why? i think now that he knows why, he can take the proper steps. as for not being able to stand up to Anna about his feelings, he never had real reason to leave her or go against her, until now. marrying her would involve the least risk. i think he might have been hoping that by marrying her by responsibility, the love for her will come back later.

by the look of Anna's tortured face in the preview - i hope to God she doesn't try to kill herself, or go all "K-drama" on us. =P

Oh, rest asuure, you will love it, right from the 1st episode.

the fact that cx no longer love anna but xy is reason enough to leave anna but cx just always get guilt into backing off from a clean break with anna. now he knows his "guilt" does not even come close to the treachery of anna's actions. if cx thought love will come later if he really did marry anna then the wedding would've taken place already instead their engagement being dragged for two years.

I wish the writers had shown us what happened between CX and Anna in those two years. I don't care that Anna opened a dance studio, it's not going to be relevent to the plot anyway so why should I but how, why and when they became engaged is. I might not want to see it, more Anna screentime is never a good thing imo, but I do think they needed to show why he stayed with a woman he no longer loves.

haha as much as i love this drama, i seriously hope it ends at ep. 20... but at this rate, i don't know. o.O

You probably missed one episode when CX confessed that he love XY to Anna. Then she decided to leave him. So CX asked if she is going back to dance in NY and she said she couldn't dance anymore coz' of the accident. There is some word she said that nobody would accept the person who sneak out of the group to see her boyfriend on his birthday just the day before the performance without permission. Also not taking good care of her legs is bad enough to be the reason she's been kicked out of the dance team. After CX heard that, he feel so sorry and knew that Anna did try to come and see him on his birthday. If not due to his birthday promis, then she wouldn't encounter with that kind of accident. That's how he stuck with her eversince (with full load of guilt). We have seen this in many series when guy need to choose between love or responsibility.

To me, somehow this plot is pretty much like Prince who turns to frog. Married without love, coz he thought it might be good for all of us.

OMG... I just watched ep. 12 last night, and it was soooo sad! I bawled like a baby! I couldn't believe that that happened. I thought for sure XY and the baby would make it out alright, but I guess that was a HUGE wake up call for CX, but at the lost of his son. I thought the acting was so good. Brought me to tears.

Can't wait to watch the next episode tonight. I must pace myself. LOL.

At the class…
CX was late. He then talks about how he is still her legal husband because he hasn’t dated the divorce papers and how he has promised himself that he will woo her back. XY asks him to dream on and requests that he left the class because he didn’t belong there and he’ll disrupt the lesson. CX then produce his registration form to show that he is a registered student. But since he is late, XY wants him to stand outside the class as punishment. Just at that moment, another woman walked into class apologising for being late. XY then had no choice but to take back her punishment.

The first class is about kneading a mug. XY sees that CX is struggling and tells him to get back to his polished world as her world is not as polished as his. CX then rubs clay over himself and tells her that his world will not be perfect without her and he will not give her up. XY stresses that their 2 worlds are far apart, CX says that he will change to adapt into her world and laughs happily saying this is the first time XY has smiled at him since they’ve met again.

So it'll be 23 episodes after all. How come I keep on feeling that something bad might happen to CX after XY listens to that ipod message that CX recorded 2 years ago? XY forgives CX in the next episode...but there's still 3 episodes to go, so it can't all be about Anna and Dylan right? From the previews, it also looks like XY is gonna meet "Mr. Z", and I'm pretty sure CX didn't mean to give away his identity, but he put his name down on the reservations before he could tell XY that he is "Mr. Z", and the waiter had to spoil everything before CX arrived..and so XY ran off. But the ipod message scene is in the next episode! Can't wait!

Yes. Epi 19 was very good. I liked what CX said to Anna, putting the whole thing to her in its right perspective. CX dd very well. very heart warming moments between CX & XY. I feel the same too on the Anna/Dylan scenes.

No... I don't think this drama have any softsub...
and basicly, all raw file for taiwan drama are rmvb file...

I know that there are a few subbing groups who are eng subbing this drama... Some of them have uploaded it on streaming sites, other groups have hard sub it.. there are torrents in d-addict to download this drama with eng hard sub but its the mp4 version.... not sure if u can watch that.. If u cant watch that den u should probably just watch it off the streaming sites...
For torrents, u actually require an external downloading program like bitcomet/bittorrent.... It should be quite easy to download once u have one of the program.

i watched the first three episodes a few months ago and stopped because i got busy with school..since school is over for me, i decided to watch it again..and i finished within 3 days..i loved this series..it's lil bit fast paced..and i cried buckets in the first half of the serie..epi 12 was the most emotional episode for me..i was sobbing like a baby...i hope the last episode would have full of sweet moments...

Episode 12 was such an emotional scene! I've never cried like that for a drama before! The music was very fitting with the mood too.

From early Episode 18,
Could anyone tell me what was the motel scene with CX and Anson presumably naked was about? I mean I don't get what the purpose of that was nor can I find any excuse for them both being naked in the bed together. Or CX falling into Anson's crotch. I guess they were trying a little homo humor, but that really failed. I still cannot find any reason for CX and Anson to be naked in the bed together... so weird!

The beginning of Epsiode 18 was kind of random and really un-necessary, but the writers picked it up well when they resumed the Chen Xin Yi storyline.

Anson took CX to a bar to relieve his stress w/ the whole Anna and XY situation. CX ended up drunk and fell into Anson's crotch area. Then Anson took them to a hotel and had to undress CX because he barfed (? not sure because I skipped these useless parts) and then Anson undressed himself and fell asleep.
I agree the whole club scene in the beginning was boring and useless, but drunk CX is kind of funny and the things he said was heart-felt too.

The the end of episode 18!!! FINALLY!

I guess the naked scene and CX falling on ANson's crotch was purely for humour sake, but i read some from another forum saying that the nightclub scene was quite impt in that it is this scene that we realised (if we were stupid to still not know...) that CX still cares alot for XY, when he expressed his thots towards the girl whom he thought was XY in that scene.

Also, this scene led up to him getting a hungover and a headache to the extent that he has to stay home and not go to Jiang Mu dao and thus XY was able to meet him and helped with Ji Bao Bei's delivery!

So I guess it is not all that useless bah.... But they should not put an entire 15 minutes for that whole scene, maybe shorten it a little and it would have been more enjoyable!

for ep 19, when anna had her emotional scene, i think she did quite well in that. i think she could have been a little more dramatic (she seemed a little stiff with her actions) but i think she did quite well.

about time...it took her 19 eps to improve her acting..

edit: i don't like how dylan all of a sudden just changed his feeling for anna and felt like he wanted to protect her. i thought there was a little animosity or a little head butting. if i found out this annoying gal was my sister i'd be in denial for quite a bit. i wouldn't all of a sudden say i have to protect her!

but then again, we don't have much time left sooooooo....

I don't think he ever had any animosity towards Anna. If anything, Anna helped him get closer to XY. I think he dislikes CX the most for the way he treated XY in the past.

Anyways, Dylan has always wanted to reunite with his sister, so when he does, I'm sure he'll do anything to protect her. I just hope that he won't beg CX to stay with Anna for her sake.

I hate the fact it had to be Anna but Dylan's protective brother switch was rather sweet imo.

I'm surprised but I did like the scenes that were about Anna but not so much when she was there. Or it could be the fact they were Dylan scenes.



I don't think he will, Dylan's pretty level headed and he knows CX staying with Anna wouldn't be good for either of them in the long run.

I don't know why I got all hyped up for. Anyway, the episode was kinda of long and draggy. I guess maybe because I don't understand anything. It's just sux that I'm in the most important scene where XY is listening to the iPod and the PPS disconnected me. >__< Will be back later to find out the last scene. Most of the scenes for episode involved Dylan, CX, and Anna which really disappointed me since I was expecting more of CX & XY. I was thinking maybe this series should be "Fated to NOT love you" than Fated To Love You since every time CX & XY tried to get together something unusual happened. >__<

This show is really confusing. I have to admit that in the beginning first 8 episodes, I fell in love with this drama; but then it sort of dragged. But I'm a hypocrite-- I don't want the series to end but I don't want them to have episodes that prove insignificant to the story. There are alotta parts that the director COULD HAVE cut out and merged episodes, but I guess that would just leave us with only about 15 episodes.

I forgot what episode I was up to so I started from episode 12
--the heart-wrenching episode in which Xin Yi inevitably has a miscarriage
and I'm extremely pissed off that someone earlier spoiled it even before the series really began
T__T

Now I'm up to episode 15
And all I have to say is that

Xin Yi and Dylan should be the ones FATED to love each other
Honestly, I think if she didn't meet Cun Xi, she would've met Dylan at that "daycare center" and fell in love.

But as of right now, I'm all for Dylan.
LOGICALLY, he's the best choice.

The only thing that Cun Xi has backing him up is the history he has with Xin Yi.
But it was DYLAN who was beside her the whole time.

The way I see it,
Xin Yi was ALWAYS by Cun Xi's side, and in such a way, Dylan was always by HER side.
So to say that Xin Yi should be with Cun Xi is like saying that Dylan should be with Xin Yi.

Whatever, I think that in the end Cun Xi will end up with her
since the drama puts them in the spotlight (damn it)
BUT, I just hope Dylan gets a kiss or MORE

Does Baron (the actor that plays Dylan) have any OTHER dramas to watch with him in it?

I just finished watching episode 20 and saw the preview of episode 21. Seriously, why doesn't the producer/director change the title of this series to Fated NOT To Love You? LOL. Episode 21 is the same thing. Something unusual happened when they were together. Hahaha. I guess we'll have to wait until episode 23 for them to be together? Anyway, with that being said. I still anticipate to see next week's episode. Seems fun since XY kicked CX again and rolled him down the stairs and he ended up in hospital.

Actually after watching the previews for Ep 21, it seems that the nightclub scene in Ep 18 wasn't really a filler scene. In fact, its actually kind of necessary to pave the way for the story later on. You'll see how so in Ep 21.

It was kind of a filler episode, so it did kind of drag...but I really liked the last bit where XY listened to the ipod. I'm still not quite fond of the Dylan-Anna story...*yawn*.

Episode 21 looks interesting !! Looking forward to it next Sun ! I skipped the Anna/Dylan parts. Can't wait for Anna to get out of the scenes.
