I've been seeing a couple of people in the selling and trading section selling these things known as hip-firming leg slimming leggings.:

Hmm. I've heard of them, but i find that this may be too good to be true. Leggings that will do the slimming for you? I can only wish. Ha, if only life were really that simple.

oh god i dunno how these could possibly work
and even if they did, it wouldn't be in a healthy way
i say stick to diet and exercise and do some leg and lowerbody exercises

But it'll be hot and very tight. x__x

lol i'd love to know if they work XD

Mar 14 2008, 10:18 PM
they have these all over japan.
and when you WEAR them, they squeeze your legs and make them LOOK thinner.
when you take them off, you are left with your regular leg as it always was.
they have ones that come as tights, but i...don't really recommend them.
if you wear it for a long time it might hurt, and when you take them off, you'll have this indentation on your skin where it was digging in...

It looks like those regular tights/leggings. I highly doubt it'll work, I think that it'll mostly will just make your butts or legs look firmer and 'in-shape' when you wear them?
Superann
Mar 16 2008, 11:32 AM
well, of course theywont work if you dont try anything.
you gotta wear them, AND do exercise so he fat would burn quicker.
thats why you see people who jog, they wear them gay tight shorts!

I haven't been religious about wearing them but I do have them because my friend gave it to me. I wear them when I go to sleep and I've lost 1/3 an inch (i've been wearing them for a week&half) on my calves.

i was tempted to get the waist one too. i really doubt it would have dramatic changes like the picture of the lady. but i mean it gives those extra small centimeters differences.

I've been wearing them when I bought mine like.. a few weeks ago?
I use the over the knee leggings, not the tights?
I also used the thigh panties and arm sleeves haha...
And they worked for me :X
I didn't measure my arms though >.>;
My legs lost 2 cm off each I think. There is a noticeable difference.
My waist is also a little thinner, if not more curvy. Pretty nice actually XD;;
I'm actually doing a survey on the items now

Just the slimming socks, arms sleeves, thigh panties, and the slimming tank tops and waist shorts ^^v
If you're interested, you can order from me and try ._.

I don't know if these work, but I own a pair

I'm like... skinny

but I have fat thighs and NO I'm not those annoying skinny ppl that yell out "I'm so fat... blah blah blah.. *cry cry*" O_o;
FYI, angeland did state that you're suppose to wear them when you're moving around and not just sitting around or sleeping, etc. Hence, I've only worn them twice cause I only work twice a week and my job doesn't allow me to be still or even sit unless I'm on tea break... lol. Because I'm somewhat "skinny" I don't find them tight, but they're hot and make me static-prone. I keep getting zapped by my car >_<

I do running but my leg never get small & I have big calves. So these might help or else, surgery.

when i take them off, since they're so tight, they leave small indents on my legs. i'm average weight but im born with elephant legs

. my calves used to be 14" and now they're at 13.5"

call me a pessimist when it comes to these ridiculous physical attribute quick-fixer-uppers but the only two remedies i know of is the hard way (LONG TERM diet & exercise) and the surgical way.

Mar 27 2008, 11:53 AM
I tried and still trying, it seem like that it do appear to make you leg skinnier, and it indeed leave indent marking on your leg when you take it off. I have gone down from 31cm to 30cm, but then again I am working out as well.

Mar 27 2008, 05:23 PM
it's probably because since you have to be moving in order for them to work, ppl get up and exercise more so it's shrinking due to exercise, not by wearing them in the first place
