I saw this on abc tonight and was like thoroughly confused at first as to what I was watching and what channel I was on because I never see an american commercial followed by something you would see on an asian channel. I think it's great that GE is doing something to make rural China more advanced in terms of their medical technology. But at the same time, however, I'm kind of disturbed in the lack of infrastructural improvements - where a simple little mishap can cause a chain of events that practically wipe out an entire village community.
