OMG Changmin has a shih tzu, thats one of my favourite dogs <3, about the apartment I think that it i so important for the boys to had private and wind down time, they already live 90% of there lives in the public eye and what very little free time they do get they deserve to spend alone, they already dedicate nearly all there time to there fans, they already work so hard for us and i think we should love the TVXQ boys enough to give them there space when they need it ^^

I was looking at the pics of Changmin and his Shih Tzu and the first pics are defiantly Min, his hand's skin color and the shape of his body all tell me its Changmin, also Changmin has a habit of having his suit sleeves pulled up but in the last two pics its not Changmin, the hands are diffrent and the skin color is diffrent, I think thats Chunnie.

Anywho, about the car keys, Changmin said in the Pinky interview he wants to learn to drive, so maybe he has by now or maybe he was just carrying the keys to give to somebody else.

REGARDING THE APARTMENT PLANS
I know why a lot are upset around here...I also wonder how could korean cassi find out so quickly about the new apartment and everything...but well I can't read korean and I may never be able to go to Seoul so it doesn't hurt to take a look at the plan..3 rooms?...I wonder who's going to live alone, or are they going to stick the previous 3+2 ....but as I look at the plan as it is now I think things would be modified in the future..remember they also need space to practice....so probably they are going to transform the big dinning room into some sort of a studio....I can't help my self to wonder if the genious couple is still going to share the same room XD....it seems there is already a piano room linked to a bedroom...but seriously I think the person who found out all these things shouldn't have released pics of the location...I don't know korean so I don't understand if there is also a location or a address...TT__TT..give them some more privacy.......and no way they are going to stay with suju and that girl band(already forgot the name )...there will be so many fans that they won't be able to get in the buiding

REGARDING THE COVERS FOR BEAUTIFUL YOU
It seems like I have a different opinion then the majority around here....I like the concept of the covers the I don't like the final product...I was complaining about the PURPLE LINE COVER but I think that one is far better then this one...the one with the boys in the foreground is ok..it doesn't bother me only the fact they are wearing(except of JJ) too dark colored shoes...but maybe I'm the only one bothered by that....and in the other 2 I think there should have been left more space at the upper part...it feels like they are squeeze in a box ...lucky that they are to goregus/handsom/hot so in the end who cares about the rest..but seriously I've seen a lot of better designers....

Yes, they are called Dong Bang Shin Ki because that is what they are called in Korean.
Tong Vfang Xien Qi is what they are called in Chinese. But they take only take TVXQ as their international name. But you can call them whichever you want because both are regarded as the same

I was reading the info on the front page and want to say thanks to those who helped organized it as they sure help people like me ALOT. But I think some of the information is not so updated yet so hopefully it will be updated soon.


I got a few questions, not sure if anyone can help me.. but...I would appreciate any replies that may help


1) Regarding JJ's adoption, I was just wondering did he ever did an interview or publicly comment anything about it? I know you can find newsclip all over youtube.com about Yunho's anti fan incident but I can't seem to find anything regarding JJ's adoption news?

2) Reading their profiles, it says they are in college for some of them. Does college here refer to University? I am curious though, are they just enrolled in the school right now like most artistes are but not pursuing their studies at all currently? Because I don't see how they can be studying and all when they are so busy with their activities.

3) Ok the forum is under gg maintanence as I am typing this so I can't check.. but someone posted this gif image of the group suddenly jumping up and hugging each other in celebration of this thread. Was it from a game show? Anyone has any youtube link to it?


4) I love Junsu in his spectacles. But I read somewhere that some of them (i'm not sure who) have actaullywore glasses before but had surgery to correct them and so they no longer require glasses. Who are they?! And does Junsu actually still needs his glasses or are they purely for accessorizing?


5) And lastly, there is this very cute photo/gif somewhere I saw of Xiah being absolutely adorable and putting his two hands to each side of his cheek. He was in his BALLOON MV's costume and I think someone (maybe JJ?) dragged him away from the camera! That part was NOT in the MV right? I watched the MV and don't remember seeing it (sorry! I work most of the time in the day so hardly have time to watch all their videos!!). Anyone knows where that came from? Because I think he looks really really cute there!

Ok now for some of my thoughts:

- I knew DBSK existed but was always under the impression they are like mainly a dance group, kinda like shinhwa/h.o.t. It wasn't until I was looking for Kim Jeong Hoon's videos on youtube that I chanced upon the radio interview they did sometime in 2004 I think.. and they had to sing live and acapella. THAT really astounded me. I love acapella singing. I love groups who can dance well as a group with fabulous formations. And now you have a group here which is able to do BOTH competently???? Absolutely blown away. (I hope they continue to do more acapella versions of their songs and other cover songs. All of them have GORGEOUS voices as soloists and so far, almost all of their live acapella tracks gives me chills of the good kind when I listen to them.)

- Think some fans are really insane and rude, the extent to which they stalk their idols. I mean, they are humans, give them some privacy and stop driving them insane by doing things like getting a floor plan of their house etc. Doing all this does NOT prove your loyalty and love for DBSK in my opinion, it only shows how horrifying some people can be when they get overly obsessed in an unhealthy way to their idols Besides some of the people here are right, they are just giving anti-fans a chance to hurt them


- Changmin's dog is REALLLLLLLLY cute. I am scared of dogs most of the time but his is soo soo tiny. Like a toy! Kawaii.


- I do agree that Avex SHOULD sub their concerts in english. Why waste so many of the fan's efforts who have to find support on the internet and sub it themselves There are TONS of english speaking fans and admirers too! I bought the "O" concert DVD and noticed that there were 3 main subtitles: Korean, Japanese & Chinese. Thank god I can read Chinese but it would have been much much much more convenient and easier to read it in English. And honestly, it cannot be that hard to find someone who is able to translate either Korean, Japanese or Chinese into English!!

And with English as one of the language, not only will it be easy for mainly english-speakers like me, but this will DEFINITELY help DBSK grow their fanbase (and profits) and also help the fans from countries like Thailand, Vietnam etc because it is more likely that the 2nd language they might understand is English and NOT the other 3. Must be frustrating for them.


- The first song I heard from DBSK was 'HUG'. Did not realize it was their first MV and Changmin was very young in that MV.

While CM's voice was definitely good in that song, it was not particularly outstanding so I never really give him outrageous credit for his voice.

And besides for the next few MVs I saw, JJ was singing most of the song lyrics so naturally I paid more attention to his singing... And we all know Junsu for a fact already that his singing and even speaking voice is high..

HOWEVER, someone posted a video of them singing TOWANI with The Gospellers in some Soul Power concert (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vM7tSerDpIY&feature=related at time 2:12and 2.45) and I must say! I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH CHANG MIN'S VOCALS NOW!!

Coming from a choir background myself, it is EXTREMELY HARD for a guy to be able to sing such high notes with strength and power. And especially when his voice is not really naturally high like Junsu. He was able to hit the notes really well in a manly sort of singing voice.. don't really know how to describe it but yeah, it was really powerful and good.

- Another special mention for singing - Yoochun! Ok admittedly he was not one that I got attracted to when I first saw him but in the TOHOSHINKI DVD, FIVE IN THE BLACK, they did a short acapella of My Little Princess in which he had a one-line solo and it really made me sit up. He really does have a very good tone and texture in his voice which I personally find, when used correctly (like in one of the live performances of .. crap.. what's the song... Love in the ice?), it really is able to move me. Oh and he can hit really high notes too.

However so far he does not seem to have much chance to display and make full use of his incredible singing talent as well? OR MAYBE I JUST HAVEN'T WATCHED ENOUGH. But yes, point it, YC really really does have a very good voice which is extremely comfortable on the ear and in some odd way, comforting.

i know where you guys are coming from. it's just that i see a lot of people actually think that the fans went inside and made the floorplan when we all know that it's actually pretty easy to get one. that's what bugs me the most. as for the fans knowing their new apartment locations, i thought it's actually general knowledge? i mean, loads of people knew where their old apartment was so i'm assuming they'll know where the new one is too. who knows, maybe the SUJU fans waiting outside the apartment complex actually tipped off dbsk fans? though i admit that the speed information travels is remarkably fast. as for stalkerish photos and fan accounts, i haven't come across any yet this time. all i see is the photo of their garage and no fan accounts ^^ i'm not trying to say that dbsk fans are all innocent angels, but i do think that a lot of people have really bad perceptions about them.


to answer your questions 2) yes, college does refer to university. i guess they might be doing long-distance study? you don't really need to attend the lectures and stuff cuz you can check them out online along with your assignments. i'm guessing that's what they're doing. or they might be taking a study leave? i don't know, but either way they are enrolled in uni 5) it's not from the mv but the secret story. sort of a clip where they explain the numbers on their balloons outfits and why they chose them =) it really is very cute. you have to watch it.

ps: i really hate it when DBSK does too many different versions of the SAME song in different languages. It is ridiculous and messes my mind!! Esp when I am expecting the original version and suddenly out pops a different language. Certain songs I feel should NOT have another language... just my personal opinion.. but like the song 'O'.. they have roughly the same meaning I think in both Japanese and Korean.. but it sounds much more powerful and impactful in the Korean language. Perhaps it is because Japanese seems to be a more feminine and softer kind of language? Didn't really feel the impact coming out from the song when I heard it in Japanese. And also it kinda makes the song feels ... cheap?

As if it is being exploited to the fullest just to sell to as many different fans as they can. It is probably not true, but it's just the feeling it gives.

1) They might be living together in the same building, but most likely SUJU have their own apartment, DBSK have their own apartment, SNSD have their own apartment. The proper word to use is they might be neighbours I am so happy for them

2) From Over the mountain across the river - a korean variety program that had our boys helping the very old folks in rural areas of korea. Helping them to chop firewoods, spend time to listen and talk to them, clean the cow dungs -- YES, they did all those without complains. Very humble and pure our boys search on youtube and you should be about to find the links I was so touched that I cried for each episode!! Total 4 btw

Concerning the appartment issue..

I think that it is not a bad thing to know where they live but what is NOT GOOD is the fact that some may stalk in front of their house.. I mean for me this does not show that they are fan but rather fanatics.. Fan would show their love through buying albums, products, going to concert etc and respect the private life of their idols. But as such knowing where the idol live is not really bad.. it is the fan that should control him/herself.

If I am not mistaken, the first source of the "guession" about their new apartment and neighbourhood with other two bands is one of our soompiers here. And it was only her "guession".
If you have a reliable source, please mention it. Since, those fan pics and also their moving in other appartment are not accurate info/detail, let's not take it so seriously.
