Ok, I have two things to ask you guys. The first is that I'm sort of planning on making DBSK themed t-shirts for Hollywood Bowl and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the copyrights for their images. Do you need to send a request to Avex or SM or someone before using them and if so does anyone know of any images I could use without contacting any companies?

My second question, well more of a request is for DBSK silhouette pictures. Thanks in advance!!

saoirseangel: honestly, i doubt they'll find out if you print the boys' faces on your shirts for Hollywood Bowl, but yes, the images ARE copyrighted. I think even fan-taken pictures are technically copyrighted by SM and Avex, because if you notice, even Japan fancams are taken down on Youtube 'due to copyright claims by Avex." You can try asking, but I doubt they'll even answer you. xD

firstly, i want to give my two cents about the beautiful you PV. the singing is amazing, as usual, you can expect that from our boys. but i really found the darkness half alluring half irritating. it was too dark, and i was practically squinting at the screen just to make out the guy's appearances. the song is good, but not amazing. i do totally miss their ballads and their amazingly written songs, the song gave off a vibe which seemed to me is like done out of a spur of the moment. and gosh, they're releasing a lot of singles, huh? 5 singles (TRICK ones) plus beautiful you PLUS fifteen concerts and promotions for purple line? i hope SM's not milking these boys. >.<;;

I remember in the last thead I think, people were talking about their family's reaction to DBSK. I might notbe so interesting but I have a bit of a story for you guys!
As I mentioned earlier, I was looking for images and my sisters were helping me. Anyway we were looking at the SM town pictures
when they were leaning against the wall wearing those white t-shirts and one of my sister's saw Jae and she goes

"Wow, he's really pretty." And of course I grin and say "hmm", trying to be casual. Then she points to Changmin. "He's pretty too, nice hair." then my other sister comes over and she says, "He has better skin than I do." then she points to Micky. "He's cuter." My first sister like scoffed and shook her head.

"Not nearly as much as the first guy."

Second sister: "He is pretty, but I think he's cuter."

First sister: "You can't say he's pretty now after you said the other guy was cuter than him." This quickly dissolved into an argument about who had better hair, lips, and skin. They stopped arguing and I switched to another picture and they immediately started to gush about how pretty Jae was with his blonde hair. After this my first sister only refered to Jae and Changmin as "Pretty One and Two" and every time she sees Jae she says something about how pretty he is, sounding more and more exasperated every time.

I think I'm very slowly starting to convert my family. Just yesterday I heard my Mom singing (well mumbling) 'My Destiny' and out of the blue this morning my sister had me explain to her what 'Purple Line' meant. I'm trying to be as subtle as possible but is seems to be working lol

I think you'll find that even though there's some sort of copyright laws surrounding the use of photos, you'll be okay. If in doubt, just use silhouettes or whatever and the characters for DBSK - real fans will still know the reference, and you won't be breaking any laws. That'd only be if you were really that worried, though.

Hello everyone...I've been reading this thread for a while but still have never posted! I'm still a relatively new fan of the group Thanks for all the pictures and links you all are sharing!! Also congrats on the third thread!

My friend is going to study abroad in Seoul this summer (lucky her!!) and I will ask her to buy me their Korean and Japanese albums (Tri-Angle, Rising Sun, Heart Mind & Soul, and Five in the Black...I already have O Jung Ban Hap and T). ANYWAYS, my question! How much money should I give her? What are the costs of cds over in Seoul? Will the Japanese albums be a bit more since they are imported? Or do I not have to worry about that since there are Korean versions of their Japanese releases? If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it!

There are still no news about this DVD ._. Hahaha, it's too early for this to be released anyway XD They have to gather more material with regards to their Korean activities. Usually, it's:
All About Dong Bang Shin Ki = Korea
History in Japan = Japan

02; T Live Concert
People are just excited to see this on DVD (: Expect this to be out sometime in 3 or so months after their last performance
(which is on the 6th of May, I think hahaha).

i was really surprised when they said they wanted to go to new world. Basically, new world was originally a bunch of old houses, but around 2000 ish, they government bought all of the houses there, or gave the people living there different locations to live, so they could remodel the place up. They kept most of the houses, just spiffed it up, aka, add maybe a patio, glossed the bricks, fixed broken parts, etc, so now its an UBER highclass part of shanghai. So now, the houses have become like really expensive european, american, chinese restruants, and stuff like that.
Xin Tian Di was actually my first home, i lived there when i was little, and was also there to help move our furniture out to our new house in 2000, when they were telling us to move out. Its really cool seeing how my old house is now this huge landmark and when i was walking down the streets there this summer, i noticed some writing on the walls and other things that were there since i was a baby.

I think i should be their tourguide that would be such a dream come true.
