I've been trying to find out whose banner this is, but I can't! I really like it, and my question is: can I use it? Am I allowed to use it as my banner, as long as I tell ppl it is not mine? (And that I'm still looking for whose it is). Or is that copyright infringement? Help please!

if u want to use it cause the picture fits your fanfiction, then u can just make a new banner with the original picture...
this way, u don't have to credit anyone or u can request someone to make a banner for you in the artwork section so u can credit them instead of hunting down this banner's creator.

at first i didn't know this article was originated from siamzone...i thought it was from TTF cuz the article specified only this site as the sourse....you say TTF is reliable but last night i heard someone say TTF is a rumor generating site which cannot be trusted...weird..
although it seems to me now that this article is more fake than true...still nothing's clear about the reliability or unreliability of the article....... i pmed and asked several thai people to pm the poster in siamzone to ask her source but nobody seems to care.. only repeating siamzone is unreliable......( i don't blame anybody...)

This concert, which will take place on May 31 at Hongkou Stadium in Shanghai, China, is part of the group’s “TVXQ 2nd ASIA TOUR CONCERT ‘O’.”

at first i didn't know this article was originated from siamzone...i thought it was from TTF cuz the article specified only this site as the sourse....you say TTF is reliable but last night i heard someone say TTF is a rumor generating site which cannot be trusted...weird..
although it seems to me now that this article is more fake than true...still nothing's clear about the reliability or unreliability of the article....... i pmed and asked several thai people to pm the poster in siamzone to ask her source but nobody seems to care.. only repeating siamzone is unreliable......( i don't blame anybody...)
