I think this mv is by far their (super junior) best. No offense! Seems like they've been taking mandarin classes.

after watching the video, it seems (personally...to me only) that the chinese version ...was better than the original. not because of the new members but just overall cuts and the new dance moves. hankyung's lil solo and henry's new violin parts, plus the ultra-charismatic mirror parts were pretty smexy

i kinda don't like zhoumi. i get a really "fake" feeling from him. maybe he's trying too hard? (not from the mv, but from the beijing hosting and also his parts on that singing show)

henry's violin skills are amazing, his singing's okay....haha i love how someone called him "chubbY cheeked" HAHAH

Because they can't. Suju-M is a Suju subgroup. it wouldn't be a suju subgroup if there wasn't a "super junior" in it. It would be just a new group which i don't think is a good idea nor is it something that SM would do because if it's a new name entirely, there would be more questions, assumptions & speculations regarding the status of the main suju & the 5 main suju members in suju-m. And i think it would confuse people more because HK, SW, DH, RW & KH are all known for being super junior so eventhough for suju-m they also have Henry & Zhoumi, they're still a suju subgroup who just happened to have 2 new faces for their chinese promotions.

so yeah I dunno if i made sense,lol, cause it's almost 2:30am here and i really should be sleeping lol

I used to be sitting in your shoes. I was an only13 supporter, but i was definitely impressed with Henry. I figured that since I liked them separately, that i'd like them together as well. I still stand by that decision. I adore SuJu, I really do... but nothing is forever, whether we want it to be or not. It was a good growth decision to add 2 members (though obviously not "necessary" as SME/LSM tends to claim). Permanent or not, their addition showed maturity and an understanding of the business side of music. People tend to forget that their is one, and it's almost as important (if not more so) than the music itself.

As for their chinese? surprisingly good. a marked improvement from U - Mandarin the first. Kyu wins the foreign language game hands down lol

I think they probably used the original harmonies to the song since they were there for only the English parts and adlibs anyway. So, that's most likely why you can hear his voice there XD That's my theory, anyway lol

Aaaah!! the first gif is like one of my fave parts. it went by too quickly in the mv i couldn't analyze and stare at it,lol. i wish it was more focused and longer too. wouldn't mind seeing the view from the back either lmao!

Sounded fluent though didn't it? also the "here we go' part? might be Henry but the voice is too deep..then again we haven't really heard him talk so it could be chubby cheeks or it could be none of them.

I've listened to the audio rip and it still feels weird listening to them sing in Chinese.
Perhaps my ripped version wasn't good enough, but I had to really focus to catch what they are singing.
Nonetheless, I still give them credit for their current attempt.

It would be nice to be able to converse with both Ryeowook and Kyuhyun in Chinese in the future, if there is a chance...

Why would someone change the group picture on the first page? This is a SJM thread so doesn't it mean you have to put all the members of SJM in the group shot. This hatred for Henry and Z is getting out of hand. "Fans" shouldn't lower themselves to these kind if tactics just to show how much they disapprove of what is going on. I just wished people didn't channel all their anger and hate towards Henry and Z. They didn't do anything wrong.

These childish ways are making me angry and sad that we have to resort to this. We're taking what's going on so seriously that I think some of us our losing our sanity. This is getting crazy. We are fighting over a group, a group!! I love and support Super Junior and SuJu M but sometimes we have to step back and collect ourselves before we let these things consume us. That's all I have to say. Well, for now at least.

Heya =] Since you commented that their chinese has made a marked improvement (I'd assume you'd have some sort of command of the language), I was wondering if you could comment a little on the lyrics? Other than how well they articulate their mandarin, how well put together are the lyrics? Does it sound weird or does it make sense? Because from what I know, sometimes when a song is sung in another language, several aspects of the meaning (from the original) may have been lost in translation. I'm curious to know if they changed the lyrics entirely or sang it the chinese equivalent of the korean version? Would be grateful if you could describe your opinion on it ^^

The way I see it, the reason I'm here is the reason why everyone else is here. Because we love the boys (even if not all of them), so let's just focus on loving them and try to keep tension to a minimum. This forum is still (sadly) not prepared to talk about the distinctions between the two different fangroups here, since even small talk about it ends up becoming a full blown argument.

It's a hotlinking issue. I'm sure. I finally watched the MV and..... WHOA. *_________* I love the mirrors part~~~~~ ♥ I'm not very impressed by Zhoumi's dancing but he does sing well. And Henry not only dances well but his voice isn't bad either. All of them looked cool~~ Especially our Beijing Fried Rice! Wookie and Hae look very pretty. *giggles* ^^

This Chinese version definitely is better than the other one. o.o I love hearing Geng's voice when it's not drowned by so many voices. ♥ His solo was kdasfajlksdfja AWESOME ILU GENG. And I will forever have a crush on Henry's violin. Seriously.

I agree that this version must be targeted to a more mature audience. At first I thought the girl seemed a bit misplaced (like Yoona was in the original) but later on at the part where they were wearing white and she was in a flowy dress, I felt her presence was okay. It added a little something to the MV. :3

rapping in chinese is difficult because it doesn't flow as nicely as rapping in other languages like japanese and english, but i think donghae handled it very well

i'm sitting on the fence with this whole pro13/anti13 issue, but if anything, sj-m is certainly giving ryeowook and kyuhyun their much-needed more screentime...as seen in the new mv
