Alright! it's out already?

Anyway, i finally got a response from the taiwan site which carries the two gifts in two editions of the album. I'm buying both! Dunno what I'll do with the other album (probably sell it) but i'm definitely keeping both gifts LOLZ...

I've listened to the whole album now! Well at first I downloaded it thinking I wouldn't buy it, but its so awesome I'm going to buy it!

I think I only hate one song on this album - Man in Love.

But that aside, I really really think the Chinese lyrics are very well done. Not exactly extremely poetic like you know Jay Chou and Fang Wen Shan's lyrics, but the lyrics do sound like a Chinese song! Especially if you compare the previous Chinese lyrics of U to the current lyrics now, it really sounds much much better. I guess SM Ent finally wised up to the Chinese lyrics thing, and that direct translation from Korean to Chinese is bad. Haha

And the boys' Chinese pronunciation is pretty good too! Occassionally you can catch a few parts where the pronunciation is still not that great, but overall its really really good. And understandable. I guess this is probably helped by the better Chinese lyrics, and.... major props to Zhou Mi for correcting and nit-picking on their pronunciation. If I remember correctly, Han Geng once said that because he was busy, Zhou Mi was responsible for correcting everyone's pronunciation on the songs. So...this really shows! I think my impression of Zhou Mi just went up.

Okay thats the end of my thoughts on the SJ-M album. Everyone go buy it!

I love the song "In my arms," the song is beautiful, the lyrics are even more beautiful. it's so bittersweet, although I still feel SJ-M didn't understand the meaning of the song completely in that their song didn't exactly convey the sense of abandonment the song was trying to send.

the lyrics for Happiness was #&$%^#$%&%^&@^$$%&..who the heck wrote it??!! 轰炸机??!! 木乃伊?!? those things don't belong in the same song.....

other than that, i'm quite happy w/ this album.
but if i wasn't a fan, i'd probably not buy this album. it's still quite obvious that it's foreigners who are singing.
and Zhou Mi has a really weird accent when he sings the word 不. it really bugs me....>o<

yay i havent been here in days...i missed out on a whole lot. thanks for all the updates esp the album link. I started listening to it last night and almost the whole day today. it would take a while before i'll enjoy listening to the SJ remakes... i dunno its just weird to hear those sang differently. Im obsessed with the original Dont Don, Haengbok & Mirale and for some reason the remakes doesnt give me the feeling of wanting to dance & sing along... lol i guess i have to put these songs in repeat mode for the whole week

On the other hand, im giving 2 thumbs up for new songs.. The pronunciation are way better this time but there are still some messy, mumbling parts and all the ssssshhhhh sounds all over Overall quite satisfied with the album although Its worth to buy the album, i cant wait for my copy

Whoever that wrote the good points about having Zhoumi, I agree with you, and some (I said SOME. I'm not pointing any fingers so please don't bash me) doesn't think of the music or any other qualities of the group but skip directly to their appearances.
I'm ashamed to say this, but I myself had a few prejudices against Zhoumi when I saw the first appearance of the group. I just thought "ewww that guy (Zhoumi) totally has a creepy face!!"

yeah.. somebody here also said that Zhoumi even took advanced level korean lessons (or something like that). The story was on a first-hand account so it's most likely that Zhoumi's Korean is relatively good. Plus, he's well trained as a MC so he probably is meticulous about correct pronunciation and grammar etc.

I gotta say...I just heard through Me a few minutes ago.

Really good stuff...I'm very impressed (considering I just got into the Mandarin music scene 3 weeks ago). I am legitimately having a tough time deciding between which version of Don't Don I like better.

And of course...Henry's violin solo was placed perfectly in U.
