Hi im trying to look for a metal band that is Melodic death
but yet its a female vocal with a soft voice.. no growling or anything x]

If the vocals aren't harsh, then I don't think it's considered death, but I think I know what you mean. Try Nightwish, Onmyouza, Sirenia, and Echoes of Eternity. Those all have female front women, and they are considered metal bands, but not technically melodic death.
