Hoii, here's my synopsis of the Banjun Drama. ^^
The first part is Joon's. He's a small kid in love with his teacher (Ji Young), and he's sad because he's too little and he can't do anything. When his teacher tells the class that any wish you make under the Christmas tree will come true, little Joon rushes to the tree and wishes to be a grown-up for one day, so that he can be with his teacher. So the next day he wakes up, and voila! He's a man. xD His parents leave on a trip, and he can't let go to school in his current condition. In school, Ji Young gets worried about her student when he doesn't show up, and heads to his house to see what's up. There she meets adult Joon, who poses as little Joon's uncle. He tells her that little Joon has left on a trip with the parents. Afterwards, Joon asks Ji Young to spend the day with him. So they do. Then at night, on the way home, when Joon's parents call Ji Young to ask her how was Joon in school today (or some question about Joon, I don't remember exactly), it dawns on her that Joon's "uncle" lied. She's shocked and worried for little Joon. So she gathers up her courage, heads back to Joon's house, and charges at big Joon with a bat. This is when Joon tells her about the wish he made and about how he loves her. He says, "Can you not tell it's me?" or something like that, lol. Ji Young is surprised, but she says, "Why didn't it occur to me earlier?" I don't remember what happened next...But at the Radio show thingy, Joon tells Ji Young that he is turning back to a kid soon. To which she replies, "Actually...I have something I want to say..." BUT, much to Joon's horror, when he reverts back to his true form, it is not his beloved teacher who is sitting beside him, but an old woman. Then he runs out of the hall, chased by the woman. I don't know who the woman is unfortunately. =/
Second part, Hoi's story. ^___^ Hee Jin's friend tells her that the hospital owner/director's (or head doctor? or boss?) son is coming to work at the hospital. The two girls get all excited, and Hee Jin starts talking about how he'll take her to good restaurants and whatnot (she starts out as a superficial girl, kind of). So she goes to the parking lot to wait for a chance to see him. That's when she sees Hoi getting off his car, looking all handsome-y. <3 She thinks, "This must be him," after which she purposely slips to catch his attention. Next, she gets him to ask her out. He takes her to a...err...well, less than high-class restaurant, the exact opposite of what she had in mind. She's not too pleased, but she hides it. But, when Hoi offers her his scarf, she blushes and thinks to herself that he's really sweet. The next day at work in the hospital, Hee Jin gushes to her friend about her date with the hospital director's son. As they talk, a doctor approaches. He's the new doctor, and Hee Jin and her friend think that he is the hospital director's son. Hee Jin realizes her mistake, and feels stupid and upset. She tries to avoid Hoi when he gives her a book, and is quite mean to him. At lunch, Hoi spots her and asks her to sit with him. She accepts hesitantly. Hoi then asks if she has read the book yet, and she lies, saying yes. She comments that it's good, making Hoi smile. Then (I think, I think, since it's been almost two weeks since I've watched the drama, I can't remember exactly what happened), he asks her to meet him someplace, because he has something he wants to show her. Basically he wants to take her to see the radio show thingy. She accepts, but only because she can't stand saying no to him when he's looking at her with his sweet, angelic eyes. Afterwards, the new doctor asks Hee Jin to go out with him at night, and Hee Jin accepts, even though she is supposed to meet Hoi. Her friend (feeling sorry for Hoi, I guess) goes to the place where Hoi and Hee Jin were supposed to meet, and tells him to go home, to not bother waiting for her, because she isn't going to come. Hoi tells her that Hee Jin will come, that she told him she'd come, and she will. So he stays to wait for her. Next, we see Hee Jin being miserable at the posh restaurant the new doctor has taken her to. The new doctor is obviously a jerk, so Hee Jin leaves and returns to the hospital, where she sees the book Hoi gave her. She opens it to read it, but finds all the pages empty. Then on the last page, Hoi has written a sweet message for her (I forgot what it said xD), the last line being, "I love you." Hee Jin starts to cry and rushes to the meeting place. Just when she thinks Hoi isn't there anymore, she hears someone cough, and sees Hoi sitting on a bench, all alone. She runs over there and apologizes to him. He says, "You came" and gets up. Then she hugs him. Afterwards, they head to the radio show thingy together, and there they meet the hospital director, whom Hoi addresses as "Dad" or "Father." Hee Jin is surprised, but quickly recovers and heads off happily with Hoi in one arm, and the hospital director in the other arm.
Third part, Taewoo's story. He is an aspiring singer looking for radio play (I think). Hye Bin is his producer, or manager, one of the two. Together they work hard to get radio play approval from Danny and Jung Hwa. I don't remember much about what happened in this story...err. So anyway, Hye Bin tells Taewoo that she actually wanted to be a singer once before, but because of (insert whatever she said, I don't remember, I'm so sorry!), she decided to let go her dream of becoming a singer. This prompts Taewoo to try harder. The next day, while Danny is driving, Taewoo runs from the sidewalk to the front of Danny's car and starts to sing his heart out. Danny is impressed, and decides to...play his song, was it? o.O? Danny did something. xD He lets Taewoo sing at the radio show thingy. Hye Bin soon finds out (if I remember correctly, Taewoo told her in the recording studio?), and they celebrate. At the radio show thingy, Taewoo tells Hye Bin he can't sing, that the day before he was training so much that now his throat is sore and tired (something along the lines of that), so he can't sing. So Hye Bin sings instead. Taewoo comes out in the middle of her performance and starts singing with her. She is surprised at first, but then together they sing happily. After the radio show thingy, on the way home, Hye Bin asks him, "Didn't you say you couldn't sing? What was that?" Taewoo then tells her that now, since he has found success, she doesn't have to guide him anymore (or something like that o.O) and can become a singer, like she wanted to. He asks her to sing with him from then on, and tells her that he loves her. Hye Bin smiles, and says that he will have to do whatever she asks him to do. I don't remember what, if anything, happened after that.
Fourth and last part, Danny's. Danny and Jung Hwa are radio show hosts. Their program hasn't been doing good lately, it's been losing listeners. So Danny and Jung Hwa and their boss are stressed, the first two getting on each other's nerves. I forget exactly what happens, but the three of them (boss, Danny, Jung Hwa) come up with an idea to start this fake story about a hospital patient in order to draw in listeners. This patient has only 30 more days to live, and this Christmas will be her last. When Jung Hwa is sitting at her computer typing away, Danny comes to talk to her. Then she leaves, telling him she's going to the hospital to do some research for their story. I don't remember when this happened, but Jung Hwa wrote a second message for the story asking Danny for help because she cannot smile for the guy she loves, even though she wants to very much, she can't bring herself to smile in front of him. Danny receives a message from someone saying that she might know who the person featured in their story is. He is intrigued, and decides to go to the hospital to meet this person. At the hospital, he asks the nurse at the counter for Hee Jin, to which she says "I'm her!" lol. Hee Jin then takes him to see the patient. Danny looks through the window into the next room, and cannot believe who he sees--Jung Hwa. He remembers what she said in her messages, and realizes what she meant. I guess at this point, he knows she loves him. He is deeply troubled. At night, during the radio show thingy, he announces to the audience that the hospital patient featured in their story is present. He then turns to Jung Hwa and extends his hand, inviting her to ascend the stage. She accepts hesitantly. On stage, Danny talks more about her. He thanks the audience for their support, etc. Then he says something like how the girl he loves only has 30 days left to live, but he's still gonna love her and spend the rest of her days with her. Something sweet and touching like that. ^^; Turning to face Jung Hwa, he tells her he loves her, and hugs her. Everyone watching feels warm inside. ^^
And that's it! xD I'm so sorry it's so long. You asked for a detailed synopsis, so I gave you one. 8D It might not be too accurate though, since I've forgotten some parts. ^^;; But what happened is along the lines of what I said in my synopsis. Hope it wasn't confusing.
Thanks to 一起看吧 for the Chinese subtitles, so I could understand what was going on. =) LOL, Actually, I'm supposed to be translating the Drama for you fangods. xD What am I doing here?
