SonHoYoung was born in New Jersey, a pure american citizen.
went back to korea to live with his dad & to become a singer before he reached the "legal age", which is 18. you're given a choice, when you reach that age, to be which ever country's citizen you want to be. of course, there ARE some requirements that must be met to be it.

anyway. so yeah. i guess he registered for the korean citizenship, and he was to be an "official k citizen" but there was a long story behind it.
when Hoyoung's father decided to divorce Hoyoung's then-stepmother, She got mad & decided to reveal the whole "family secrets" to the media.
and there, She claimed that ... whatever it was that she said.

i dont really remember-_- it was a few months back & a lot of things happened since then. she said something like "he`s a korean citizen but he doesnt want to go to the army" blahblahblah

supposedly there was an "error" or something. HY said he DID apply for the citizenship but it was never cleared or something.

The reason we write this message is to make announcement about HoYoung Son’s first solo concert,
which will be held on Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st at Seoul Olympic Hall.
This concert was designed in commemoration of HoYoung’s first solo album release.

However, since the ticket office for the concert does not provide any other service for fans that are abroad,
OopsHoi English expects difficulties for overseas fans and would like give help by getting a ticket for them instead.

I was reminiscing G.O.D, when I remembered their old MILK commercials. Back in like 2002 or something, they advertised MILK. Yes, MILK. As in what a cow produces. They each had their own separate "milk denominations" and commercials. It was really cute. They were called "GOD OF MILK"~ Danny's was the cutest, Ho Young's was the girliest, Joon was the most random....and Tae Woo and Kye Sang's was just weird. But funny. It was really cute~

my whole weekend has been about g.o.d. i've been watching their stuff on youtube and they are really amazing.
i just finished watching the episodes when they babysat Jaemin. i didn't understand a word, but it was still worth it . also watched xman, the one w/danny, and this other show that seem to be like Herione6...it seemed really funny but damn if only i understood korean..it was so cute how Danny had to act like a girl and Joon getting his words mixed up.
i had nothing to do today so i just sat in front of my computer and have been reading the first 80 pgs of this thread. good thing i did cuz i saw some hot pictures (espcially the one that NAZZEN posted w/ danny), but some pictures didn't appear which sucked cuz i was reading how cute they looked and i also want to buy their dvd concert "god is back" after reading all u god fans' posts so i'll save up money for that and i'll probabbly guessed that "the last" concert is worth buying too?? if only i discovered them a long time ago
by watching Yookahilgi the boys have really matured. Joon looks the same which is so cool to have the same features, taewoo looks lotz better cuz i didn't dig the short straight hair thing, Kyesang looks cutter with his hair cut, Hoyoung looks adorable as always--this dude always smiles , lastly danny-he got HOT...he looked really matured in the 7th cd time..but i really like how he looked on the 6th cd time--the best lookin asian dude to have dreadlocks..well i think they are..

danny was injured during 4th jib. not too sure why. maybe hurt himself whole practising because it was early days of 4th jib. i believe this was during christmas. he was on crutches for 2 weeks or so. there were 2 clips of him, one was the christmas special when all the god members return home and danny went back to his mom's house. his mom looked so worried. funny thing was, he sticked his bandage with a masking tape. and he was also on crutches during 4th jib guerilla concert (the one at the stadium). that was why he toned down his dancing for the concert. he walked pretty slow from one end to another. i think someone tied his shoelace as well. hoi or taewoo? or was it kyesangie? cant remember now. but that was sweet.



i'm a member of LJ too. but i've not seen any communities for god or any of the members. =( i'll let you know if i find anything, tho.
