If you could bring a dead rock star back to life for one gig, who would it be?
John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, Kurt Cobain? Or someone else?
Who would you pick. You can see a full list and vote on

oh that's such a hard question...
yes, the obvious would be Kurt Cobain..to be at a Nirvana gig would be the best thing ever. Too bad i was only a kid when Nevermind came out...
And Elvis..because he's the King. But it would have to be Elvis "the early years before the peanut butter and bacon sandwich" Presley cos he was just stunning in those years.

Freddie Mercury... because he has awesome stage presence and passion. An example of this would be his Live Aid performance in 85...gosh I wish I had been born and able to be there.

Layne Staley from Alice in Chains. His music is so visual and I don't mean because of the drugs, but because of the sorrow.

Hahaha. When I read this topic, I was like OMG! I know exactly who I am going to put! and then I scanned what other people had replied, and I was like, "oh, someone already put Hide down. XP"
So I guess that I would bring back Hide so that I could watch the original X Japan members live! Hahaha!

Jeff Buckley, John Lennon, Hendrix, and I don't really think she'd be considered a "rock star" but (Never mind she's definitely considered one. heh...) Karen from "The Carpenters"

jimi hendrix, one of the greatest, if not THE greatest guitarist, ever

kurt cobain cuz im a huge nirvana fan
if the question was to bring a rock band back to life i would choose Guns N Roses(For me they died after the original members split up and axl just replaced them with others)

I don't know if he's considered a 'rock star,' but I'd love to have Casey Calvert (Hawthorne Heights) back for a while. :/ He was great.
