My icons would probably be covering my desktop (and past it), unless
I put my "hardly ever used ones" in folders. I seriously just need to
delete most of them.

You can choose to "hide" your desktop icons so that there's only your wallpaper.

24 including recycle bin. I usually have the most important apps so.

i have ten, just cleaned it at first. if not then it would be filled with fonts and brushes that i downloaded =x

I also hid my recycle bin. I have objectdock running to keep my desktop clean looking.

I just put all my icons in quick launch. Zero icons on the desktop.

I have 55 icons.. and i didnt realised i had that much icons till i counted.. hahaz
i'm just not used to an empty desktop.

I have 25 icons and i use most of them. But once in awhile i have the unused icon cleanup wizard move the ones i don't use as often to another folder.

i have 52, but it changes on a daily basis. i like downloading pics//music//whatever to my desktop so i don't have to go through all my folders to look for it after. &then i just move them to wherever afterward.

but I mostly use FF though so I should go and clean those out
