THE HOUSE BUNNY

Shelley Darlington (Anna Faris), a Playboy Bunny, teaches an awkward sorority about the opposite sex – only to learn that what boys really like is what's on the inside.

Shelley is living a carefree life until a rival gets her tossed out of the Playboy Mansion. With nowhere to go, fate delivers her to the sorority girls from Zeta Alpha Zeta. Unless they can sign a new pledge class, the seven socially clueless women will lose their house to the scheming girls of Phi Iota Mu. In order to accomplish their goal, they need Shelley to teach them the ways of makeup and men; at the same time, Shelley needs some of what the Zetas have – a sense of individuality. The combination leads all the girls to learn how to stop pretending and start being themselves.

So...did anyone see it? I might go see it, but i want to know how others feel about this movie. I checked the reviews which were most B's and B-'s with average of about a C-.



*edit*: okaydokayartichokays i saw this like on monday it it was AWESOME:] i mean "i wanna meat this freakin bird!" ahahhas so funny my favorite part is the lumber/timber pick up line..a must use one day(: and also the demon voice"OLIVERRR...HARMONYYYY...NATALIEE"

This is SUCH a cute movie. It's definitely a chick flick, though.

In the theater, there was about a 9:1 girl to guy ratio. ( Although, I do think the guys were there to gawk over Anna Faris. Haha. ) I definitely recommend it though. It's just overall cute, funny, and sweet.

The only thing I thought was kinda awkward was Katharine McPhee as a pregnant woman. It was just...odd. O_O;;

Go watch it!

i watched this today. it wasnt that funny.
the only parts that were funny were in the previews. but the actresses are really PRETTY.

I watched this and thought it was absolutely hilarious!!! It was constant laugh out louds one after the other. But definitely watch this with friends that have a similar sense of humor.

There were some funny parts, but it's not one of those movies that I would want to watch again.
Sort of a waste of $9... even if I didn't pay for it.

I actually enjoyed watching this! When I saw the poster without knowing the storyline, I just looked at it with a "wtf" expression. I ended laughing throughout most of the movie. I didn't like how superficial it was when the girls had to dumb themselves down to get guys and fit in with everyone else, but the movie definitely redeemed itself at the end. I love the way Shelley learns new names..."Oliiiverrr..."

I just saw this movie today!
It has it's "LOL" moments.
And trust me, I don't laugh at everything.
It's pretty funny.

The main guy was very dorky cute. And I noticed Tyson Ritter from All-American Rejects was in it too! Anyway it was cute....definetely not profound or anything, but a very lighthearted chick flick.

I just saw it today with my boyfriend (he complained)
but I made him and ROFL we both end up enjoying it.
sigh just like dark knight he was complaining on watching it
and at the movie he didnt even look at me once ROFL

Ahh, I watched this movie on the day it was in theaters. Everybody was laughing so much where I watched it.
Haha, it was a very good movie overall I think.
I really liked Kat Dennings and Rumer Willis's character in the movie.

I really like the ending song by Katharine McPhee and the Zeta girls. I got the song stuck in my head after the movie ended

LOL! that cracked me up so bad!
Her demon voice is hilarious too! i love how they really show that characteristic of hers throughout the movie.

Anna Faris is so fine, I've liked her ever since I saw her in Scary Movie
