I was watching The Prince of Egypt again today and I totally forgot it was a such a beautiful movie^^ I know the movie was controversial but, rewatching it I was able to appreciate the loveliness of the the movie. Although looking back, very dark movie. They could have never pulled off that movie now a days.

I know a lot of animated films from Disney kind of overshadow other animated films so they get forgotten T_T

Anyway, I was wondering are other people's favorite forgotten animated films?

Some of mine are:

The Land Before Time (original first one wink.gif)
Thumbelina
The Swan Princess
The Great Mouse Detective
An American Tail

Happy_Day
That's so weird, I just watched The Prince of Egypt yesterday.. I was like "I haven't seen that in ages, okay I'm gonna watch it now" LOL~~ Thumbelina and The Swan Princess were my two favorite movies when I was a kid too. That's weird, I thought no one else liked those.

Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland and Kiki's Delivery Service are great also

One of my all-time favorites --> ANASTASIA
jaejoongie <3
dumbo. I cried the first time I watched it lOL~
too bad Disney is losing their touch these days. Or maybe it's just because I'm older and I've outgrown Disney.

What else.... hm.... I didn't watch too much TV when I was young.

It's not animated but i watched power rangers biggrin.gif ~ when they had the good crew sad.gif now they're all old.

I had that one song that Mariah and Whitney did for Prince of Egypt stuck in my head earlier today!! XD And it came from nowhere too.

I was trying to watch "Thumbelina" last week on HBO and man it was so much better when I was a kid. O__O

"Iron Giant" is my all time favorite "you all suck for never having watched it" movie. Hands down. Not just animated movie, but MOVIE in general. I guess I can see why people were turned off to it but I thought it was really good. One of my favorite movies.

this movie is so old.. i think the production was 1978... the first time i watched it i fell in love with it and
watched like 100 times hehehe... then someone borrowed it and never returned it.. so ever since i was
searching for this anime version of the swan lake... i even checked the video stores and they did not carry it
coz it was too old.. after yrs of searching i found one in ebay and bought it... so now i can watch it another
100 times hehehe..
