according to amazon, there were 400 something reviews that gave it an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars. the reviews can be found here:
Customer Review on Amazonsupposedly it's extremely effective because it's a combination of cardio and strenghth training in 30 minutes. they say, 20, but it's more like 30. there are three levels to the videos. i've only done level one for a day, and i am absolutely sore. it really works you out.
i've uploaded to share with everyone else. hopefully it'll be of use to some people

it's split into 7 parts on mediafire.com. so dl, and use HJSplit to combine.
if you do download and try it out, lemme know how it goes for you.

i'd like to hear what you thought of it or how you liked or didn't like it.

Tried this today, it's pretty good. I was sweating and I think I lost a pound. But then I did run and do other stuff yesterday so that must have contributed today. Uuum...I like this because it's not one big boring exercise, it changes up and I think that's when makes me keep going. Lol. On the bright side, I do see more of my collar bone!

I love her vid! It's very tough and makes me sweat tons...I'm currently on Level 2 and omg, i sweat as much as I run at 6.5mph for an hour! It's very intense but since I don't have enough time to do any more running at the gym, I'm using this vid as my exercise regimen since it's not even half an hour.

i think when you get really comfortable and no longer feel it's hard to do, or makes you sore, you're ready to move on to level 2.

QUOTE (j___ @ Sep 17 2008, 02:03 PM)

she has mats, for when you do pushups, but get a thick towel or something if you don;t have mats. she uses light dumb bells which are useful for toned arms. so maybe you can find some water bottles or get small weights or something

good luck to everyone else doing it. i'm combining this so far to see, with this workout first, followed by yoga.

I'm tired with all these gimmicks coming out for losing weight. It's not hard to lose weight, all it takes is dedication. What works hasn't changed one bit. All you have to do is RUN and RUN and RUN some more. You can also do circuit training, which is all for toning. Circuit training workout only takes up 15 minutes a day and you see quick results if you actually push yourself.
do 5 cycles of 3 minute intervals of pushups, situps, chinups, or squats. Between each interval do a 200m lap as fast as you can. You will be bagged after 15 minutes and hurting if you do it right.
running works just as great:
I did a 21k run today for a charity event. It was brutal and I've never done anything like it before, but it's doable on a no training. I haven't trained for it and have only done 2 runs before I ran this and this was over the last 2 months.
All these ways to lose weight that people are coming up with are things that already exist, and they're just capitalizing on you guys.

This video isn't capitalizing anyone. There are certain people who don't enjoy running as much as you do.
This provides motivation for people because they know it's work and it can fit their time schedule.
Not everyone has time to go running for half an hour or even more.
You think it isn't hard to lose weight, but there are so many people who give up because they don't enjoy it.
They enjoy this.

I kinda hated how she kept on teasing about how it's almost over, then she fronts you with another workout...sneaky! Haha.

Day 4 doing level 1 and my endurance has definitely improved. The first day I felt like I was going to die, and now I'm kind of wanting more! Haha. I'm probably going to move on to level 2 soon enough (in another day or two).
I'm also rotating with Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, and Wii Fit (for balance and some yoga). I'm also using that Korean hula hoop for whenever I watch TV. I don't want to just be a couch potato anymore at home.

i've lost about 3 lbs so far after doing this for just a week.
of course this is with a change in my diet...
been eating smaller portions about 5 times a day. drinking lots of water.
and when i get around to doing this i make sure it's been at least an hr since i had my afternoon snack.
after exercising, i shower the stinkiness of sweating off,
then have my dinner.
i try to have dinner by 8 but that's not always the case...
i could have made more progress if i didn't have that one cheat meal of fried chicken hahah.
need to stay away from cravings!
