wow....i just finished level one....like 10 mins ago....
and i totally love it!
i love how she really pushes me through the video when i felt like quiting~
i'm gonna have to go out and buy the dvd cuz it's hard doing it from my comp haha

level 3 is so hard! but it hasn't made me all sore as the first couple of days doing levels 1 and 2.
this has really boosted up my endurance.

i tried downloading the first part but it wouldn't open. it then asked me what program i would like to open it with and it still doesn't work! anyone here know how to resolve this problem??

2.5kg weights should be fine. I've been doing level 1 for the past four days, using bottles of water instead of weights (haven't had time to go out and buy small weights), and I definitely feel the burn
I'm going to try and stick with this for the full 30 days - will update if I see progress.

Level 1 was almost no problem (:
Though it was a pretty good work out as it was aerobic as well as strength and muscles!
Might try level 2 today.
Has anyone been seeing results yet :3?

^ I've been doing it for almost a week now..and i can see my stomach toning up..but my arms just ache..they don't seem to be toning..but i still love the workout..i'm going to start level two next week so maybe then the results will come =]

I did level one this morning....was harder than I had thought
AND I personally found turbo jam pretty manageable (I did like 2 vids of turbo jam one after the other daily a few weeks ago) =/

I LOOOOVE Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred...I sweat just as much during her 30 minute routine when compared to running an hour continuously on the treadmill. I've also done Turbo Jam which is a 2nd fave b/c it has transformed my entire body and I saw drastic changes in my arms after doing it consistently for 2 months.
I'm only on week 2 of JM's 30 day shred but I've noticed my core is much more defined.

^ burn it on a cd or dvd (encode as something playable on your DVD player. Make sure DVD player can play the cd/dvd as well ^^) ;D
Level 3 is intense *dies* But nothing I can't handle if I try, try and try some more.

YAY (: I finally tried out this work out and I really like it . I haven't worked out in months so doing this was just what I needed . I felt so sluggish and yucky before so it was pretty hard this time, but hopefully the next time I do this, it'll be a little easier . But yeaah, thanks again for posting the links and such ~

It's probably muscle weight.
Muscles are heavier than fat ....
That's why I don't like using a scale b/c it can be deceiving .
Testing your body fat percentage is better .

im on...my 6th day of level 1
im not seeing any difference except for some muscle on my thighs...
i hope i will actually lose weight and not gain any bulky muscle.. O__O
but i think i gained weight because of the muscle...

Been doing this for 5/7 days for like 3 weeks now and....
I got some really weird muscles on my thighs now... Looks hella weird and bulgy o.o
I ain't looking any skinnier, though I can see that I'm more toned than before.

eh i tried this, but i gave up after like a week. i saw a change in my thighs, mad bulky for some
reason. maybe it's the lunges that she does. level one was good enough for me. i only do
it if i have nothing better to do. but i like turbo jam better, it's more energetic should i say? D:

Also, do you guys usually do other workouts with it as well? I usually do Turbo Jam, so I'm thinking of doing this everyday and Turbo Jam for like 3-4 days a week?

I did this for 11 days then I gave up.
it's very intense and it really hurt my knees (her workouts are intense on the knees!)

Well for me it only bulked up my thighs i hated it, so i did some extensive jogging on the treadmill which
made my thighs and legs go down a bit. D: I usually do some running on the threadmill 3 miles, and do
some turbo jam to do my arms and etc. I'd recommended to get like 2 or 1 lb weights if you wanna do the
Jillian Micheal's workout. I did it with 5 lbs man, did my arms totally hurt after that. I couldn't even
lift anything up for like a week. haha. But good luck.

That was a really good workout. I tried the first level and it was challenging. I think I might try level 2 in a couple days cuz I think I'll be able to handle it. I was good for the cardio and abs. It was the strength that definately got me fatigued

If you're thighs are looking big its because its just how your body structure is. Also count for what your daily food intake is.
if you consumed less calories and burn more you're body fat will decrease.
