Anything by Zero 7, Kings of Convenience, or NuSpirit Helsinki. If you want something to "take you away" try listening to the Kings of Convenience albums all the way through. From beginning to end. I mean really listen to it. Like sitting down and all your focus is on the music. I promise you'll find your imagination wandering off into some off-the-beat serene village in Europe or something.

Although it isn't even two minutes long, "Steadier Footing" by Death Cab for Cutie really has an effect on me.

A wonderful song with great lyrics. (I'm a lyrics nut. hehe)
