no matter how much work/time u need to put into it, i think ima stick to it since i got the size and skill for it, and
hasnt affected my honor roll grades yet. (study hall saves my life lol)
but i realized that football's ending in a month +
and it's winter sport season,
and i thought about joining wrestling (former TKD black belt (flexibility) and church wrestling champ haha)
but, i thought and thought, but i dont really wanna maintain my weight to be a heavyweight, since i wanna get stronger and lose some fat.
and then i thought about taking on basketball, but i dont really wanna run my ass off everyday to be benched.
HOWEVER, over the winter, or free time i have, i'm gonna try practicing my basketball, so i can play nxt year.
and, since i'm not doing ANYTHING sports related during a whole 3-4 months, i gotta do SOMETHING.
i'm 6'0 at 215 lbs, and about 17% fat. AND SINCE, there's no football practice til like 7 everyday, and i'm not gonna be as tired,
i was considering lifting about 4 days a school week, and running 2-3 days a week on the track or treadmill, so i can lose fat, get STRONGER
and get faster for the upcoming football season (wanna be an asian invasion
and i think i'm gonna play baseball.
but i'm not too sure wat to do this winter.
