Josh Groban's Noel album is worth checking out. It was the best-selling album of 2007. I'm not sure how into ballads you are, but all the songs are ballads.

And then there's also Brad Paisley's A Brad Paisley Christmas album, for some country/jazz.

As One has one of the best Christmas album and Lena Park's The First Noel is the best version of the song i've heard so far.

Anything by Josh Groban is total treasure. That boy can SING (unlike those darn Jonas Brothers! >:o).
