For forearm freeze, dont use a wall. Put one forearm on the ground, and use your alternating hand to support on the side. Keep one leg on the floor, if you use your right forearm keep your right foot on the ground, while extending your left leg into the air, sort of doing a side split, then slowly try to tap your right foot off and hold, if you lose balance, just put your foot on the ground again. hope that helps.

I've been bboying for...9 months. at my school we have a small group that bboys but its considered "illegal" by my school. so we don't have an official place to practice.
