Derrick Hoh Wei Jian (Traditional Chinese 何維健, Simplified Chinese 何维健) (born 1985, September 16) is a Singaporean singer who emerged from one of the many local reality-variety Chinese singing competition, Project SuperStar (絕對SUPERSTAR)
Derrick Hoh graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He was then also actively involved in the school’s Song Composing Club, which somehow ignited his passion for song writing and the music scene. He auditioned for Project SuperStar in April 2005.
