After being trainees for a long time, five boys were set and ready to make their debut performance. The only problem was....their group name. They needed a name that fit not only their group image, but also a name that left a deep impression on people.

First, they were given "Oh Jang Yook Boo" (the Five Major Organs). It meant that all members were equally important to the group. It would have been a silly group name, no? So they considered "SM5". However, this was a car brand in Korea so they couldn't go with that, either. "Dong Bang Bul Pae" (Eastern Invincible/Undefeated) is what they considered next. They all thought the name was too much. This was worrying them... What was going to be their group name? And then it struck them -


This was it! Perfect! This was the name that matched their group image and the name that would leave a deep impression on people. Finally, the day came when they would be introduced to the world. They walked out on that stage with anxiety written all over their faces with hearts running fast. Standing in front of a large, curious audience, all 5 members bowed and said...

Wow, how long has it been? It's been 3 years since I've known TVXQ, and TVXQ become so much more than just another artist in these three years. I remember how I started out liking Hyun Bin, and then when he came out with "A Millionare's First Love," you guys sang INSA, and I listened to that song for a whole week before I saw pictures of Jae with Hyun Bin at some event for the movie~ And then of course I started looking TVXQ up, saw Jae kiss Yunho in that BORA radio for Hug, and it's been so fast from there. From not being a forum person, to starting my own forums for you guys, and from loving only Jae (the shallowest kind of love, thinking he's hot :X) to understanding all five members and loving all five. The love I have for you guys, is much more than just admiration and love for a celebrity. Sometimes, it feels like you guys are like brothers, part of my family. (Except with Jae LOL always my lover <3) It's weird for me to say that, but at times it really does feel so. Despite being such big stars of Asia, you guys are still so humble, down to earth, and modest. That's why as fans, we can still feel such a connection with TVXQ that no one else can feel.

It is so amazing to see the effort DBSK have put in. At times I feel like they are really 50 year old men when I look at all of their achievements. It is really so much!! Happy fifth anniversary TVXQ! Throughout the five years they showed their fans the meaning of friendship, teamwork and perseverance. Even when they were thrown into Japan at the height of their fame in Korea and had to start from the bottom to receive their fame now, they showed that they were unwilling to give up. They keep getting better over the years and they keep improving.

I was someone who did not take them seriously at the beginning but when I listened to their live performances and saw how well the members worked together, I couldn't help but admire them as artists and people. I know the members want to stay together forever and I totally agree. TVXQ hwaiting!

I can't believe 5 years has passed by so fast. I've been DBSK fans for two and 1/2 years and still counting. I feel so terrible for missing three years of DBSK love. But at the same time I am really glad tht I discovered them and these two n 1/2 years has been really tremendous.

Though out of this 5 years, i've got to know dbsk for 1 year. But im really glad i was exposed to your music that was just so amazing and mind blowing. I never liked any idol that much, an for dbsk, it will only grow each year. I've seen past clips, from the days of audition till now, the mirotic days. From a young teenager to a fully grown man. It's definitely a blessing for the fans that dbsk exist. The bond between the 5, will only be stronger as more years come to past. You all have went through thick and think together, overcoming the many obstacles that every artist would face. These boys! *cough* Men ... my apologies! Captured so many hearts. I don't think I would be able to go on in school, at home and everywhere else without their music. Bah! Their music! Keeps getting better everytime! I'm never tired of their old songs aswell. Infact it brings back so many wonderful HILARIOUS memories! *Haha laughing inside* The one that's making me laugh right now is the School Of Rock. AHAHA~ Junsu's mysterious hand on the other's butt
Anywho!
Keeps getting better in EVERYTHING! You can clearly see it and they deserve the biggest applaud for every bit of their effort! They've proven Korea and Japan with countless #1's and have spreaded all over! They have proven to be the best and excel above other bands and I can't be happier! DBSK made history and earned the respect, fame, and fans that they have now through hard work and determination. 5 years is not a short time or is it an extremely long time, but they have used every minute of it to improve and work towards being who they are today.

though there's still about 7+1/2 hours till the 26th in korea

it is unbelievable that 5 years has already past.
the love i have for these guys cannot be described.
oh gosh...i don't even know what to write anymore...seriously...lol!
but then again...i could go on and on about this!

first of all, i would like to thank SM for making this awesome boyband,
though i despise them 90% of the time (i just love them on certain days)
secondly, i would like to thank the boys for everything they've given to us in the past 5 years.
all the time, sweat, tears and life they put into this group is just amazing.
they all sacrificed so much to get to where they are today.
someone like me wouldn't have made it through auditions and i am SO proud of
these boys for making it through all the hard times and for achieving so much at such a young age.

i remember when i first found out about the boys...lmao...those were the good times....*sigh*
they were the guys who hooked me into kpop with their hug mv...damn them!! <3

i will always remember these guys and how they've changed my life.
they've became a part of my life. they taught me so much more on friendship and to never give up.
i will always remember these guys as the guys who took life to the fullest and enjoyed every bit of it.
these were the guys who had the looks, the talent, the respect, the perseverance,
and the guys who had enough guts to try something new to show a new side of them.
without these boys, my bad days would have became worst and my good days wouldn't have gotten better.
these boys made me laugh and cry, day and night though out the past 5 years.

and now when i look back at everything...i truly feel proud to be a CASSIOPEIA!!

Its been a year since i've become a fan and i'm soo soo soooo proud to call myself a dbsk fan. When i first got to know these boys i knew they were different then the other groups out there both in korea and internationaly. There is just something about them that is so special and heatwarming its hard to not to love them and adore them.

I've never felt this close to any band before or any artist for that matter. I love music in general but with these boys i love evreything about them ,their brotherhood ,their amazing talent , their attitude and the love and care that they show to their music and fans. I'm proud they are achieving so much right now after all those hard work.

They make me smile everyday and cheer me up whenever i'm feeling down. They are my inspiration to always work hard, give your all and never ever give up!

to all dbsk fans out there lets celebrate the boys and the years to come !lets always support them in any way we can. Part of why i love dbsk is because i can see how dedicated their fans are and i'm proud to be one of em. To soompiers thank you for every updates ,news ,pictures,vid etc ,sometimes we argue n it can get a lil messy but only because we love the boys and because of you my love for DBSK grows stronger everyday.Thank You!!

Even when they are older i will always continue supporting them and will forever cherish them.
