Hey guys just wanted to post some pics of my G which I got a couple of months ago after I sold the RX-8. I haven't really done much to it yet but I got a couple of parts coming in soon. anyways here it is, personally i really love the red Gs or the black ones but this was the best deal when I went car shopping so I decided to get it. enjoy! and yeah if any other members got a G35 please post your baby up i wanna get some ideas for exterior mods.

Heres my G35, right now just a Veilside Ver. 1 aero kit. Planning on getting some new rims for it this summer.

aww really i was hoping to see a lot of Gs since this is kinda a korean site and where i'm from a lot of koreans drive Gs. but yeah man ur G looks awesome specially cuz its in black lol. i was thinking of either getting a greddy gracer kit or the kenstyle kit cuz im trying to get one with fog lights built in.

The G has a lot more power than the RX-8 but I do miss the high revving rotary engine and the sound that it makes. The RX-8 didn't have leather seats so it wasn't too hot in the summer or too cold during the winter haha. but the G overall is a better car for me i think.

nice car should be fun. do any g people put skyline badges on their cars out of curiosity?

i've actually seen it alot. they also put 350gt where the g35 emblem should be lol.

I'm a big fan of g35s..Was gonna get one but couldn't find one that matched what i wanted.. so I got a g37, but we're still family right? lol Tony how much did that aero kit run you ?

I see you're from MD, are clear bulbs for the sides legal there?

clear bulbs? umm the bullbs just can't be blue or red (or some random bright color). but other than that im pretty sure they're legal

Hm... I need to dig up the regs on that.

Compared to the 8... Handling is of course sacrificed; felt like a tank after the switch. Gas mileage was a bit better on the 8, although I'm sure that was because the 8 was an '07 model in '08 (I'm getting 19mpg w/ the G). Better visibility on the 8. Smoother ride on the 8. Gauges are much more cooler on the 8.

Leather heated seats on the G is cool, the looks (unless you go all out with the MS bodykit... I only had the MS wing) is better, exhaust sounds decent but I've changed mine out... And I think that about sums it up.

i would get the rear fully debadged. looks clean to me. also get rid of the side molding?

You might want to reduce your signature size as it is against the rules so far but nice ride.

So damn common...Especially here in LA. Every 10 seconds you see a G.

well it's not like a G is a "high end" priced vehicle nor is it a rarity by any means which would make sense as to why it's common, especially in the LA area so....what's your point?

Ya they are similiarily priced but they dont give out the same performance to what the G35 or G37 holds .

vskf's are amazing but look like crap on g's to me. maybe just because the only ones ive seen had 20s...

the color isnt the problem..it's the size and offsets..all the vendors i've contacted only carry them up to 18's

awww you got rid of the 8 for a G i was debating what car to get between those two, but in the end i just got the 8.. there's too many g35s in my area, so i wanted something i don't see as much.. but i'm liking the clear corners :]

put some chains on them RWD =P. i was hoping to try driving in the snow this winter but so far no heavy snowfall here yet. what part of canada do you live in?

I drive in the snow mostly depending how bad the weather is . But yeah its still pretty dangerous even with snow tires on .

there's actually quite a lot of people driving rwd cars here even though we always have a lot of snow during winter. also there's a new law that makes winter snow mandatory now... as for me...i don't care how "advanced" are the new stability management and whatnot, i still prefer driving a fwd because of the seasons i get here..

if i was in the south, then that'd be a whole different story

yes. after i crashed into the sidewalk i couldnt get up the hill that leads towards my house..security had to pour bags of sand around my tires so i can reverse back down the hill..after 20min a snow and sand truck came and i was able to slowly creep up the hill to my house
