So far only did a 1 mile walk. I'm planning to go to the gym and go on the elliptical for about 3 hours while I read my book for class lol hopefully I'll finish the book by the end of 3 hours. I'm a pretty slow reader but I manage 150 pages in 3 hours if I'm not distracted. I never went to the school gym so hopefully I won't get lost .. to think that i'm a senior in college too.. o.o' *shrug* I shall pretend I'm a frosh for tonight.

Today's p90x core synergistics and burned 1000 calories on elliptical (around 2 hrs). Must make up for the last 2 days because my arm was still hurting and didn't want to risk reinjuring it. I still couldn't do a lot of hthe arm stuff today

1 hour of resistance and weight training. It was tough! I can feel the strain in my arms.. haha it was great though, lots of people were giving me encouragement to do more, I guess because I was struggling. One woman said, "that's a real woman there!" Aww

Lots of crunches, ow. And also 20 minutes of cardio - tread and bike.
And later in the evening... probably a 1 hour walk.
