Synopsis


Tao Hua Ai Wu Di is adapted from Japan's best selling manga Tao Hua Mei Mei. The plot is about Tao Hua who has been pampered and loved by 4 of her brothers almost to the extend of sister brotherly love. Thus the other brothers ask the 5th brother, Yu Yi to look after the sister, and with the appearance of prince charming Shi Lang, a love battle is created among everybody.

Sounds kind of bland, but I suppose they'll put some interesting twists into the story line.

This is a drama I've been anticipating since its first announcement of filming... however, I doubt that it'll come out this year (just like they had done with PiLiMIT and due to the fact that filming had paused).

I love the GuiLun pairing.

Due to muliple postpones of this drama, GTV has announced that filming
will commence on 2009-05 with Aaron Yan and Gui Gui replaced by Jiro Wang and Cyndi Wang.

Yes yes I agree, I'm dissapointed aswell.. We waited for a whole year, before they said anything about this drama, and now they just ditch out like that. I think Arron's choice was the main, he choosed the other drama with Calvin instead of THAWD, which lead Gui Gui to quit aswell I think..

I'm so dissapointed that I will give this drama and the new Arron+Calvin's drama a miss, gesh I'm sorry.. But I can't belive they treats us like trash..

After Jiro's last flop why would they stake another show on him? I'm not all that familiar with Cyndi other than her role in Smiling Pasta, so I don't have a lot of expectations going into the show now.

I heard it is airing on October 18 on CTV, so 1 month to go~

Just finished watching Ep1 and it's really interesting. Taohua is so lucky to have 4 hot and 1 cute elder brother who are always protecting her. Although this is Jinglun's first time acting in a drama, i think he did quite a good job.

Looking forward for Ep2 next week...

Has Jiro's acting improved at all from his last drama (Together)? He was a little hard to watch in a number of his scenes.

omg! im actually liking this drama. i cldn't really watch teh other dramas dat jiro was in (except for hana kimi) but yeah.... this one, i like him in dis one =).

shouldn't someone change the title already because it's already airing now, and no longer and 'upcoming series'? Hehe...

I love it, watched the first episode and was actually surprised that I enjoyed it, Director Winnie sure knows how to work, I love every little details the crew put on it, like the simplest thing of Tao Hua's room wall, to the cute puppy, to the little walking closet Tao Hua got. ahh...

Jiro, looking as handsome as always actually surprised me that he looked even more handsome, lol. And this pairing, too, surprised me by showing how good they actually look together, I never really thought about this pairing, and voila! Here they are made me all smitten.

The visual effect are genius, I have to adore all the crew and their efforts, I love how they use simple things to emphasize feelings here, like the infamous 36 seconds slow motion scene, black and white and all, ahh... romance... lol

Enough said, I've written too much, this one is actually worth watching, for those who are skeptical about Cyndi wang and Jiro's act, put that feeling aside for a moment and give it a try, tell us what you think soon after

I didn't think of giving this drama a try, but I did anyways.
I'm really envious. I wish I had Tao Hua's five older brothers. Ack, I want brothers to treat me like that... in moderation of course.

It's the first time I've seen jiro not chasing after a girl, instead it's the other way round. haha, I like that. He's looking more handsome too!

I think Cyndi and Jiro will make a good couple.

Previously CTS is well-known to cut off scenes in dramas just like what they did for Rainie Yang and Jiro's drama that time so at first I was thinking if they will do it for Momo Love too. I remember seeing the bus scene, Jiro did ask the bus driver to lower the air-con temperature down, after seeing his flashback of that scene, I'll think of whether they really did cut off that scene again. Singapore's Ch U is showing same time as GTV's Taiwan airtime anyway this Sat, so I'll still catch it to see if CTS really did deleted off scenes again...
