______T-ara (also known as Tiara or 티아라) is a 6-member girl group out of Core Contents Media. The same entertainment agency in which artists like Davichi and SG Wannabe are in. T-ara debuted on July 29th 2009 on MBC's 'Golden Fishery', they are the first group to debut on a variety TV show. T-ara's members are Eunjeong (the leader), Hyomin, Jiyeon, Soyeon, Qri, and Boram.

Before the 6-member T-ara, T-ara was a 5-member girl group. Early June 2009 two months before the girls' official debut, former leader Jiae and member Jiwon quit the group. They believed that the concept of T-ara did not match them. Immediately after, Jeon Boram, the daughter of Jeon Youngrok was added into T-ara. Three weeks before T-ara's official debut, Soyeon and Qri were added into T-ara. Thus making T-ara a 6-member girl group.

there's this one girl who is so pretty i want to go cry in a corner. their song is nice & their voices sound far better, imo, than other kpop stars now. but i'll wait until a performance to judge them.

SeeYa, Davichi, and T-ara's has started working on their project single "Woman's Generation".

SeeYa (Lee Boram & Kim Yeonji), Davichi (Kang Minkyeong & Lee Haeri), T-ara (Jiyeon, Hyomin, Eunjeong, Jiwon, and Jiae) have been working on two songs "Woman's Generation" and "Forever Love" which would be released today on Online Mobile music sites.

They have started promoting the song on shows like "M! Countdown" as well as "KBS2TVs Music Bank", MBC's "Music Core" and SBSs "Inkigayo".

T-ara is M-Net Media's group that has been in the making for three years already. It consists of 5 female members. They're participation in this project single is one of their first activities.

I've just start watching them since I wandered around Seeya's thread.
'Good Person' is a good song [played it +25 time this evening...I'm addicted to it] and their MV is simple and pretty good.
Well, talking about the MV... When first watched it, it blew my mind and my eyes. Cuz they all look like the same (or my eyes have problem). But, like I played the MV again and again [+25 times], now I can tell them apart (it takes me too long @_@)

I'm with you, gouka_odoriko! JiYeon and JiWon!

Anyway, I've tried to find the mp3 of 'Good Person' but still I couldn't find it. Can anyone please help me with this? I appreciate it *bow*. =D

Yes! This thread is open! They haven't debuted yet and I already like them a lot! They have potential, but I guess we have to wait if they're good live. Looking forward to their debut & live perfs.

SeeYa (Lee Boram & Kim Yeonji), Davichi (Kang Minkyeong & Lee Haerin) and T-ara (Jiyeon) appeared on KBS2TVs <Music Bank> and their performance has recieved good responses from viewers.

Project group SeeYa, Davichi, and T-ara performed their digital single 'Woman's Generation' on the show and has successfully engaged the audience to their performance.

Particularly, another special part of the performance is that one of the five women is T-ara Member Jiyeon who's been training under M-Net media for 3 years running.

Jiyeon's been dubbed the '2nd Kim Taehee' because of the resemblance she has with celebrity Kim Taehee.

Meanwhile, in that broadcast, Lim Changjeong sang "It's Been a While", ZIA sang 'Feels Like its Breaking', Han Kyungil sang 'Sensibility', Park Hyunbin sang 'Great Life', 2PM with 'AGAIN & AGAIN', K-Will with 'Dropping the Tears', Son Dambi with 'Saturday Night', Super Junior with 'SORRY, SORRY' took the stage. Super Junior won #1 in the charts this week.

Hello, everyone..
This is my first post in here..

I just have to say something..
After watching T-Ara's Good Person MV, I have a hunch Eunjung is the one who had appeared in F.T Island's Thunder & Only One Person MV.. She played the girl classmate who likes Hongki but at the same time, Minhwan likes her too.. Take a look!

It's not impossible that it's really her in the MV since T-Ara is also from M.net Media, right? XD

Anyways, regarding T-Ara themselves, I'm stumped after listening to their voices in the MV.. O_o When I first looked at their photos, I didn't expect their voices to be so good! I really shouldn't judge the book by its cover.. XD I mean really.. They're very strong vocal-wise, especially Jiyeon.. She's only 16 but her voice is damn good.. However, I dunno how far they'll get in the music industry.. They can really pull it off with their strong vocals but I'm not sure about their overall popularity at this moment.. But we'll just see eh.. Since it's been going around that people have quite high hopes for T-Ara..

Meanwhile, I found their song nice to listen to..

And, talking about EunJung. Besides that, she also played the ghost in the movie GoSa aka The Death Bell. It's like she had some good solo activities before debuting as a member of a group. Man, I still remember her "dead face" in that movie when watching T-Ara's MV. She's good.

Also, I think JiWon played in that movie too...just a small character... but I'm not sure which character she played (maybe the 2nd dead schoolgirl who died in the washing machine). I'm sorry if it's wrong and plz correct me. ^^

[NEWS] Ji Yeon in new horror drama

New girl group T-ara's member Ji Yeon, who is being called the 2nd Kim Tae Hee, scheduled a role in a horror drama.

On the 1st, according to an professional at MBC dramas, the MBC horror drama 'Soul', which has revived after 15 years, held a public audition for the leading female role. Ji Yeon was one of the 3 finalists, and will probably be guaranteed a big role in the drama.

At the actual auditions, a rookie Im Joo Eun was picked finally, through a 1058 to 1 ratio of success, but Ji Yeon, who was only a rookie also, impressed the judges by placing in the 3 finalists. At the time of the auditions, the fact that Ji Yeon was a member of a girl group that was to debut soon was not known.

This professional says that Ji Yeon failed to be the the winner, but will take another big role, other than the leading role. She has a high chance of participating in the drama, 'Soul'.

Ji Yeon is a member of the 5-member rookie female group, T-ara, and has received attention by replacing Nam Gyuri as SeeYa's new member, while she fixes some problems with the company.

Ji Yeon is a 1st year at Hye Hwah Female High School and last year, she won the competition for a Smart model. She is now the Smart main model with ShiNee.

And, talking about EunJung. Besides that, she also played the ghost in the movie GoSa aka The Death Bell.
It's like she had some good solo activities before debuting as a member of a group.
Man, I still remember her "dead face" in that movie when watching T-Ara's MV. She's good.

Also, I think JiWon played in that movie too...just a small character...
but I'm not sure which character she played (maybe the 2nd dead schoolgirl who died in the washing machine).
