Like most people I'm shocked and saddened by Michael Jackson's death. I can't get my head around it. I wanted to remember the good times so wondered if you could share your favourite MJ song?
My favourite was
Speechless from the Invincible album.

So many good songs but Im going old school and voting "P.Y.T (Pretty Young Thing)". Although as a little kid my favorite was "You Are Not Alone".
EDIT
Beat It (When you just listen to the words and the guitar playing...it really is a great song)
Off the Wall
Billie Jean (Same explanation as "Beat It")
Never Can Say Goodbye
Butterflies
Another Part of Me (I love the medley of this song...it has that jazz feeling)
Human Nature
Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'
Thriller (Same explanation as "Beat It" plus the video adds on to the hype)

To be honest, every M J album or Jackson 5 album had a at least three or more songs that you'll really like.
So its extremely hard to determine the best song.

Smokey Robinson when ask "Which Micheal Jackson song he would sing"
he replayed " Never Say Good Bye" from Jackson 5
He respond he couldn't really say good bye. Michael will be a legend that will never be forgotten.
My personal is "I'll be There" Jackson 5 "Rock With You" "Billie Jean" "Thriller" Beat It" "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough""They Don't Care About Us" "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'"
Man the list goes on

Beat It and Billy Jean. I like "We Are The World, We Are The Children" but I'm not sure if that's MJ's song or he just did a cover of it. But that's a song I sang for my elementary school graduation and it brings back good memories

He had so many great songs, woah every song he made was good actually O_o.. But my fave song would be Scream with Janet Jackson.. I really love the song's energy..
Btw the awkward thing is though, that a few weeks before his death the song Ghosts was floating through my head again randomly, and I totally became addicted to that song again, now after his death I find it a bit awkward to play the song >_< .. Still love the song though, it's also one of my faves..

When I was a kid, Black or White played a lot. It's stuck with me ever since.
You Are Not Alone is another one, in spite of the lolarious MV.
Bad, Beat It and Thriller, too.
It's been several days already, and thinking about his death still makes me sad. What a miserable end.

After he died I starting to listen his music and there are a lot of my favourits. These are my TOP favourite
- Billie Jean: Everytime I listen this song, it reminds me his amazing moonwalk dance and the beat is very goood.
- The way you love me: Such a very sweet song..
- Stranger in moscow: such a beautifull song
- Break of Dawn
- you are not alone: a very touching song.
It's been more than a week since he died, still when I listen to his songs and thinking of him made me quite sad=(. Never thought that this artist have such a big impact on me. I hope they would release other songs of him that are never released.
