I'm guessing it's because F.T Island is still having Cross & Change album promotions going on and FnC didn't think they could promote C.N Blue as well as F.T Island in Korea so they made C.N Blue debut in Japan first to at least get some fans interested in them before debuting in Korea.
And yes, their album is all in english but they can speak/write in Japanese fairly well. (:

Listened to the album previews, and I'm really really eggcited about this group. Wasn't expecting them to sound totally like this when I first heard about the trainees ages ago, I thought they would be something similar to FT and all. Actually I can see the Seunghyun-ness in this band.. Like, Seunghyun's rap and vocals actually suit this style if you realised from the way he has been performing with FT. Actually, I feel that teh style of songs that CN Blue has.. is actually what the FT boys have been listening to usually.. and do like to try out, but probably they werent trained to play this style from their debut. Really loving their sounds though, it's really something much more bandish and yea, rather more japanese than Korean. which is a good thing and I hope the boys do really get recognition in this way.

And Kwangjin heheheh.

i think it was a smart move to debut them in Japan actually. japan has a higher standard of playing live and the rock genre has a more solid hold on music fans then in korea (in my opinion), so it's a great place for c.n.blue to start off as a new group! and since f.t.island isn't actively promoting there ^^ it's also a plus for the company (in terms of money).

anyways x] thanks for all the picture updates! i love em all >< even if kwangjin looks so pretty it kinda scares me in sometimes. thank u FTIsland&Primadonna for posting those pix ^^ i was contemplating on buying the album, but wanted to see how it actually looked like first. now all that's left is saving up the money...
