Marriage?

At what age do girls start looking for a significant other to marry?

My guess would be 22.

Well I'm far from thinking about marriage, but I would say 24-28 is ideal.

Hmm imo, I think 25 would be a good age to start searching for that if you haven't found it already, but that's just me ( and I wouldn't wanna marry anyone till I'm 30+?)..

I'm about to turn 22, and if my boyfriend asked me to marry him today, I would say yes. I really only recently started thinking about wanting to get married, though.

well personally, i want to marry when im about 20-23.

Umm I'll start thinking seriously about getting married in my late 20's. Or maybe even early 30's. I don't want to get married at early 20's because that's probably the peak of my career lol.

for some reason, i don't want to marry~~ i want to be independent and free forever ! i wanna travel around the world, not stay at home and look after kids~~ and i want to get a really cool job, maybe start my own company?

The thing is, my parents got married early, and a lot of my friends' parents got married late. So basically, their parents look realllyyy oldd (lol like my grandparents age). I don't want to look like a grandma and have a teenager! hell no, wanna be a hot mom lmao jk, but still can't stand the thought of being really old.

So yeah, for me the ideal age would be about 20~22.

I wanted 30 yo but my mum aunty and cousin freaked out when i said that ahahah =.= My cousin went on about the effect of having children late blah blah blah.

My bf wanted to get married at 35 ahaha and me 30 but we changed our minds too 27+ ( but we are only 19 AGES TO GO YO)

I want to get married when I'm in my late 20's like 28 or 29 or even in my 30's. I'm not in a hurry to get married because I never know when the right person will come and I'm very career driven so career comes first before marriage because it then leads to kids.

I have talked with my boyfriend about marriage...I have been in the relationship for almost 2 years now...and in my 20s. But when you have to think about the process, the planning, the financial side of things....its very scary...

*cough* Ever since I was like, 15. I'm not bent on marriage but I'm always keeping tabs on the qualities in people appropriate for marriage. I'm probably more of a 'I've known you for such a long time, we're so close' person as opposed to 'wow - I met you five minutes ago and we have amazing chemistry!' I'm not going to totally ignore 'chemistry', but I think that sort of things fade... but qualities and character certainly do not.

I've always dreamt of getting married! It seems so sweet and lovable! But I don't want to get married until around mid-twenty's or older!! Personally, I think for me around 22 is a bit young! I'm still focusing on my school works.. but that age does work well for a lot of people too! But I think I rather get settled with everything first. School, a job, a place to live, balanced payments of everything, little essentials I need, etc! Then after that, I'll talk to my boyfriend or future boyfriend or whoever about it for a bit! Either way, yeah! Mid-twenty for me!

I'll be just out of uni by 22 and on a search for a full time job and that's when life REALLY begins

but for now, i dont think i'd ever get married cause i have no time for dates and i find work is my first priority

I think I'll consider marriage when I'm about 27, late twenties. I want to be able to walk this path on my own, have my own life first before I share it with someone else.

I'd say I'll start looking in my early twenties. I want to be wed by mid twenties but no later than 27. I still want to look young when I marry someone. I'm 16 now, so within 10 years I guess. xD

Well I think a lot of girls think about marriage very early, like in their teens or earlier, but that doesn't mean they're considering it. Just daydreaming about it.
For example, I'm only 18 but I could see myself with my boyfriend years from now, getting married. It doesn't mean if he asked me now I'd say yes, because we're still way too young. It's just nice to imagine the possibility.

As for seriously considering it though, I think mid twenties to around the age 30 is a good time to get married. Definitely mid twenties is when you need to find a serious relationship if you haven't already tried one.

For me, I'll probably be more serious in my twenties about marriage. I've always wanted to get married a bit younger like early-ish to mid twenties and then start a family around late twenties or when we're both financially stable.

I'd like mid 20s. I feel it's best to have children before age 30 as long as we are financially secure. 24-25 seems like a reasonable age to me, but I can see why people would wait til they are older. I just couldn't!

I've always thought about marriage LOL. But I've been thinking about it more and more these days since getting a boyfriend. So I'd say 20. But I know we won't get married until a good few years have passed, when I'm around 28 or so.
