I know a lot of upperclassmen who aren't very fond of Freshmans because of their maturity level, yeah some of these upperclassmen are hypocrites lol. I've met really cool Freshmans and their pretty nice, its just annoying when they stop in the middle of the hallway.

I wouldn't say they were all annoying, but a majority of them are. Cockiness especially ticks me off. There's confidence, then there's arrogance. Not only that, they have no respect for other people! They take up the entire hallway space with NOT AN CENTIMETER of breathing room. And they don't get when people close their doors, they are TOO LOUD!

In my school the freshmen were really loud, annoying, slutty, and very immature. Their class t-shirt was "we are freshmen, who cares" and thought they owned the place. Of course not all of them are like that but you would only notice the loud ones, you know, so that gives all the freshmen a bad vibe.

I know i was a freshmen before and i bet the upperclassmen didn't like us either but that is how it goes. Those freshmen kids will grow up and dislike the next group of freshmen.

At college it is a lot better. No one cares that much anymore.

Eh, I remember on the first day of school when I was a freshman I was wearing a backpack that was half my size (and wearing these nerdy reading glasses). I stopped by to look at the school map to get to my homeroom and this huge girl bumped into me and slammed me to the floor. Her and all of her friends walked by me laughing one by one xD. Bad experience. It doesn't help that I went to my homeroom first instead of first period so all of the seniors were staring at me while I was just sitting there. -__-

LOL I admit that some freshman can be annoying. I think it's because some try way to hard to fit in and some of them just think they're better than those who don't. And the silent ones no one really cares about o-o; Eh. I really don't care anymore xD. As long as the person isn't an a-hole they're chill with me.

I don't see any difference in Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors. I'm pretty sure the sophomores, juniors, and seniors were once immature and probably thought they owned the place until they grew up, understanding reality a little more. It's a cycle. It's never gonna end with these Freshmen. It's a part of growing up.

I like how former freshmens think the new freshmens are annoying just because...well, they're new. It's not all freshmen like people stated, it's the individuals. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch loads of seniors, juniors, and sophomores that are annoying and immature. I also like how sophomores bag on freshmens because they have "seniority" even though they were frehsmens not too long ago.
Can you honestly say just because someone is no longer a freshmen, they're higher on the maturity scale?

I've met some really cool freshmans last year and we are all friends now too

But then there are a lot of them who things too highly of themselves and are really annoying.

The only time I see freshmen are in the hallways. So obviously they are super annoying there, lol. I don't even hang with them. I wish I did though, it's just that I don't have any classes w/ them or friends who hang with them. I'm sure they're not as annoying as they appear to be.

I was a freshmen last year, it's alright, I mean I get why some people say that we're immature. I mean there are groups who act that way so all classes think so. I don't blame 'em. Most people think they're all that when they're in highschool. I think the upperclassmen are always the chill ones because heck they've got no more than 2 years to graduate, while me still being an underclassmen will give me a sense of craziness like of high school.

Being a sophomore nobody gives a damn. You're just there, I mean the junior are worrying about their credit and seniors graduating and college acceptance and for freshmen they need to adapt and everything. Well as for sophomores, you don't need anything but your CAHSEE and more standard tests.

Last year, the majority of the freshmen were meh. They really lacked class spirit. A lot were really annoying, but I know a few cool ones. I'm just curious for this year's freshmen. I'm secretly hoping they bring some sort of class spirit and surprise us, just like when I was a freshman.

freshmen the past school year were pretty cool.
at first, i thought they were sophs, but found out later on they were freshies. haha, i befriended so many because apparently, i was put into a freshmen gym class.

there are a few of those freshmen who still haven't grown out of their "middle school" phase, which irks me at times,
but whatever, we were all there once

this year's freshmen are smaller than last year's freshmen lol. i've seen some little kids. like below 4'10 little

also they tend to block the hallways with their overly large groups. things will clear up by the end of the week though. they soon learn to keep walking and not cause crowding problems.

As the years go by, the freshmen progressively get more and more annoying at my school.

They think they're so hardcore and cool now that they're in high school.
I got so pissed on the WAY to school [first day today] and these stupid freshmen were walking in the middle of the freaking street acting like they were all tough.

My class wasn't that bad. A vast majority of us had upper classmen friends and got along with the rest of the school. We were more shy than annoying.
However, these freshmen.. everyone just hates. LOl

The only thing that annoys me is that they walk around in huge packs and are loud and obnoxious. They try to act cool, and they think that by being really loud, accomplish that. Another thing that annoys me, is that they stop in the middle of the hallway/entrance and just stop there. hahahahaha, but then again, we were all probably like that back when we first started.

They think they are all that, just because they have entered high school. Don't even get me started about their immature behaviour. The guys like to throw with their food, while the girls are too damn arrogant. But yeah, of course, not all of them. But I do have to say that the majority of them "ruined" the others.

If we're talking about college, then I don't keep track of people's class I just assume that we're all adults and we've just paid to be in school. I noticed they might be a little lost in regards to campus, how the system works, etc. But nothing else!

When I was in high school, I find most of the sophomores to be more of the bully since then that the Freshmen just entered and those 11th grades are no longer the youngest class to be picked on! But yes, sometimes Freshmen can be just as annoying as them!

Since they just entered high school, the youngs do go through this awkward stage of wanting to be accepted and liked by many others. Half of the time I'll find a Freshman who is way too much out there and the other time I noticed that one would be too shy to participate in class because of the fear of showing an appearance. I feel bad for them for having to bare that stage as I remembered I was once a Freshman myself. Even having friend-enemies was common in those starting grades. But please do guide them instead of hating of them, so these little sisters or brothers can be sweet angels and grow up to be a well of Senior!

Some of them honestly bring shame to our school. I remember the beginning of last year, a group of boys were walking by a construction zone, and a certain part of the sidewalk was just done all nice. and they started kicking it and messing it up - the construction workers were right there too. so one of the workers came and yelled at them and the boys denied messing up the sidewalk. then they swore and just walked away -__- .. and a lot of them spend their times on facebook using crude language to each other and adding all of the upperclassmen at our school that they have never even talked to. but they do grow up during the course of the year.

There's nothing wrong with freshmans. I think some of them are nice!

It's just that they stand in the middle of hallways and talk loudly so that no one could get through and some of them have SERIOUSLY HUGE BACKPACKS! I can't tell you how many times their backpacks have hit me in the face or my body.
I wonder what they keep in there!

I would say that the vast majority of them are more intellectual than the upperclassmen. XD Less drugees among them too.

I used to be a freshman but I was never immature, that's probably why a lot of upperclassmen always forgot I was a freshman.
In my IT repair class. THEY ARE SO FLIPPING IMPATIENT.
The teacher is going to us one by one to set up our accounts and such and they are like, " oh my goodness, what do I do now? what are we doing, what's going on. HELLO MR." Then you hear them go " What the hell. I need help, he's no help."
One of these days I'm going to tell them off, they are making such a big deal. "Oh my goosh" you can't access the computer becuase you don't have an account, you arent going to die. >__>
OH! Also We have other ones who think they are hotshots, they are like " oh I blah blah blah my hardrive. OMG you've never heard of this program blah blah blah."
lol also they think they more know more than me. PFFFFFFT. Just because I'm the only girl in that class. They think since they are underclassman and we are seniors in that class, that they are smarter.
Little did they know, that I've had classes with that teacher for several years, taking various classes in programming. We'll see who is better now >___>.

I can't believe I'm a senior already; I sure don't feel like one! I feel indifferent about Freshmens..but I noticed how SHORT they (most of them) are! I don't remember being that short, heheh. I don't really care much about freshmens.

It's rude when seniors start 'boo'hing them during school rallies though, when they chant "Class of 2, 0, 1, 3, class of 1, 3." Then there's a huge uproar when it's the seniors' turn o.o

I've to say that I'm kind of a ''freshman'' thought you start highschool when you're sophomore here at my place. But in my opinion, we're not that annoying, we're just new faces to stare at. We're there to learn after all because it's just all about school.
