BIOGRAPHY
Previously known as Leo Kekoa. L.E.O. has earned quite a reputation in the underground music scene with his powerful rap. Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Hawaii, he can write rhyming lyrics in both English and Korean. He says that his musical inspiration comes from the troubled adolescent years, which explains why his music is so powerful and explosive. With the passing of years, however, his music has become mellower and more progressive, which was evident in his second album. A testament to his long effort and strong commitment to music, “Black Belt” was selected by music critics as one of the most promising albums of the year.
