My iPod nano was $149... without all these new features. I love how the prices of the nano is still the same, even when they add all these incredible features. It's definitely now worth $149.

I bought 2 last week. get a latepass

dang the vid quality was better than what i was expecting.
but then again my cellphone camera just sucks major balls in general..

arrgh i want one but i want a touch with a camera instead huhu.

I'm tired of buying Ipods, they all suck in the end and don't work for you.

It doesn't. It has a video camera. The Nano cannot do still photography. Video is much more forgiving at lower quality than pictures. It was also said, iirc, that in order to do photos, the camera needed to be 6mm thick. The camera inside the Nano is only 3mm thick.

I still don't like the iPod Nano. I think I will put my money on the new iriver E200. This new E series has improved a lot comparing to its previous model. User interface is looking better and faster. I also love the new body design!




The video camera is actually very low on resolution. Adding this feature sounds meanless!

I think it looks awesome..but I wouldn't buy it since I keep my (1st gen) ipod nano plugged in my car's aux all the time. & and wow that camera test video is so cool o_o....so many guys wearing murses!

If you've never had one you shouldn't be too quick to judge, especially when it seems like you know nothing of iPods (:
iPods are more then just a music player now in the modern world, they're slowly starting to become a fashion accessory.
I agree that it's not worth buying, but I would pick an iPod over an Mp3 any day.
This also depends on which iPod model we're talking about.

I own the iPod touch, and to be honest, no Mp3 player except for the Archos and the Zune HD which are more expensive then the Touch. The new shuffle on the other hand is not worth it. The remote is on the earphones so if they were to not work, your Shuffle would basicly be useless.


The new iPod nano seems to be really nice. I've ordered some from Apple.ca and they should be coming in a few days (:
