The curves and designs kind of remind me of the Rx-7.

Looks like they mixed some of the old Benz style with new Benz flavor. It's still ugly though.

that is supposed to be the successor of the legendary 300 sl
i think its not bad (since the design is based on the original design) but they could have done a better job

The way the doors go up looks rather odd and the front of the car is a total screw up. Looks dented in and deformed. They should've sticked to the sharp, more stylish front designs of the SL and SLK class and maybe changed it up a bit.
Everything else looks alright. The back of the car is nice. Very smooth looking

WOAH. That takes the ugly award. At first look i thought it was a Japanese car. "Gull Wings" is a perfect word to describe those things...

i think it looks nice.... itll probably grow on me as well. its a nice balance between the old style and new... although seems like the hood is too long..

the long hood is for driving the car back and forth in a tunnel.

Back looks like a Solara.
Delorean Doors were a bad choice.
Front looks like a Mbenz styled "face" smacked on the longer Z4 front.
All in all, I don't like it.

This car makes me hate merc. even more than I already did ~ in terms of looks (disgusting imo)
I hate how they tried to make it look classy even though it's an '10 model O____O they should be designing more concept than this stuff..

I honestly don't think it's that bad. I just grew tired of it because of all the previews they gave with the design sketches and stuff.
And I don't get why people think that the gullwings shouldn't be on there? O_o. One of the things that made the original 300SL stand out was the gullwing doors o.o i guess it's just the packaging of the overall car.
Although I do think that this design is one of those ones that grows on you, kinda like the 370Z. I thought that car was so ugly when it first came out but now i want one.

I quite like it. It's the type of car that doesn't appeal to everyone which I like. You either love it or hate it. It's not as pretty as Aston-Martins (the DBS is my fave), flamboyant as the Italians, or brutish as the Ford GT. I love gullwing doors, very distinctive. Plus it is a spiritual successor to the 300SL which at the time was Bugatti Veyron of its era. I'm a bit biased since I'm an M-B fan...love the silver arrows hehe

I like it, stands out!
That thing scoots 0-60 in 3.7?
I personally wouldn't buy one though... MB are over priced imo.

You can say it's ugly but you can't say it's not unique. It's definitely a head turner.
