Honestly there are thousands of alternative songs to walk down the aisle and get hitch to. Unless you got married in Las Vegas then you most likely will never remeber your wedding.

I can seriously imagine singing this song to my future husband during our wedding. Only, i'm a pretty emotional person i'd probably end up crying so probably not a good idea for me to sing. Lol.

Well I don't know for sure but Slide Away from Oasis. Classic yet contemporary (well comparatively contemporary).

First song that came to mind was The Strokes - Evening Sun.
Although some lyrics may not be so marriage relate-able lyrics,
the melody and some other lyrics are so romantic.
One line I absolutely love in the song is "I love you more than being seventeen."

i like meenuh's suggestion about make me whole by amel larrieux. i really like that song and i heard it during my cousin's wedding, but as much as i like it, i don't think it'd be my aisle song, though it'll definitely be played on my day in one way or another.
