with the economy on the down, people jobless(like me),and everyone worried about health care reform their isn't a whole lotta love going around. More like panic mode and this constant struggle to stay above the flood waters of self loathing.When was the last time you look (look hard) in the mirror and spoke amiable about yourself and personality traits.You don't have to be narcissistic about it just giving yourself some words of encouragement.You can compliment about others who influence you that help you feel better about yourself.What qualities you have that others can use in their time of need.Who knows you may inspired somebody to feel better about their life today.This isn't a rant, or a pinkberry fest and how things are wrong with you but recognize the right that you are proud to have.The unique qualities that make you one of a kind.Its doesn't have to be the 10 things positive you can have more.Sometimes when you speak good about yourself your day can go by much more easy.

10)Loyal:I'm extremely loyal person and will stick to you like glue.

9)Pretty:I think I am pretty, no I don't fit in a size zero but beauty isn't measure up by how much you weight or who desire you the most.I like my brown skin and my curly hair dark hair.that is me

8)Wise:I may be young but i experience many hurtful emotional things to remind me of the bad and ugly things in life.I learn from those mistakes and use them to not hold me back but improve my life.

7)Respectful: Respect isn't given but earn,I'm still learning how to be respectful with my body and with others.In order to keep myself from becoming crude I must remember that I must have self respect above all else.

6)Musician: Music is vital to culture and human existence. With out music I feel lost and dead.I like listening and playing music.Music is my heart and is part of my soul.

5)Hispanic:That is my heritage and pride, something no one can take away from me.Doesn't mater where I live, who I am with i will always show my colors and be proud of my Puerto Rican Heritage.

4)Smart:Knowledge is power, learning is food for brain.I don't allow the stupidity of society influence me in a negative way. i was born with a brain and mouth so should use it to its full advantage. I always think before I act and waver out my differences.I'm young but that doesn't mean I need to act dumb and only focus on the now.

3)Understanding: I listen to both side of the story and try not to become so tunnel vision.Its important to understand the empathy is far more powerful then sympathy.

2)Patient: They say patient is a virtue then I like running marathons.I very patient when it comes to people

1)Versatile:I don't have a place but I fit in many places.doesn't matter who you are,the color of your skin, language you speak I am curious about you.I can make you the center of attention and allow you to speak freely of yourself. I like to hear myself talk, no that is lie I like to hear others talk.I see the world as my school and people who live in it as my teachers.I don't stick to my own kind but i have many of kinds.The world is better to observe when you just listen take a moment and appreciate discover the beauty that people have deep inside.

I feel better, no dissing this is everything ranting about the positive things about yourself.

1. Patient: Teaching has taught me patience. Children require it to learn.

2. Humourous: If you are a good friend, I will have had you rolling on the floor. If you are not, you probably just think I'm weird.

3. Weird: Well, who wants to be normal anyway? Normal fades into the background and I want to shine, even if it's weirdly.

4. Friendly: I try to be friendly with most everyone I meet. I might be the only person that treats them that way all day.

5. Spiritual: Yes, an atheist can be spiritual. I feel more in touch with the world now than I ever did as a deiist.

6. Intelligent: There are all kinds of intelligence. I think mine is a combination of country-raised common sense and cultural/historical awareness.

7. History: I acknowledge the roles my ancestors, my heritage, and my country have played in the formation of the present. Not every role has been positive and I won't hide from it as so many do.

8. Musical: I do not play an instrument, but I love listening to, dancing to, and singing to music. Yes, I am a huge fan of karaoke, noraebang, KTV, etc.

9. Exploring: I explore the world through travel, new friends, music, movies, and the written word.

10. Ignorant: There are many things I still have yet to learn. So where to start....
