Have you ever pulled an all night attempt at doing your homework or postponed to doing your homework the next morning if you were too lazy the night before?

I'm just starting on my homework now. . . and it's 6:02 AM. =_=

i can NEVER wake up early for hmwk.. it is easier for me to stay up late.
if i tell myself that "i'll wake up early tomorrow morning to do hmwk" it pretty much means "i'm not doing it"
setting the alarm to wake myself up doesn't work, i turn it off and go straight back to sleep.

One month of school and already have 4 missing hws in each class or something like that.

xD that's what I did today, though it took me almost an hour to get up T_T
I used to stay up as late as I could to do hw, but after a few years of doing that I got too tired in the middle of the night and switched to sleeping/wake up early.

I always try to do it the night before but if i get too tired, I would tell myself to wake up earlier the next morning to finish it.
I would always go back to sleep the next morning, and I would rush through it right before class starts. lol >.>

haah i use to do that, but now i just stay up extra late finishing it. either that, or i say ill "do it at spare", which i usually end up not doing

oh yes i do the same thing ,, and currently i am thinking to wake up early and finish my report coz i am to lazy to do it now

It's not that it's hard, it's just, I thought I didn't have homework for the weekend, and it turns out that I did.. I found out last minute. D:
The homework basically is just reading 4 stories and making annotations on each page. XD

The latest I've stayed up for school is like 1-2am? That was for history coursework, started from scratch late that night. Haha..

I'm like the queen of all-nighters when I've got a major assignment due the next day that I'm behind on, especially since I started college (no mother running downstairs at 5 a.m. to whack me for still being up or having to stay awake for the next ten hours).

I tried the "screw it, I'll just finish it in the morning" method in high school for a while, but I ended up deciding that I prefer sucking it up and staying awake until I finish. There were too many times when I set my alarm to wake up an hour or two early but either 1) hit snooze in a woozy blur and next woke up to find I had five minutes left to get out the door, or 2) woke up when I meant to but ended up underestimating the time I needed to finish the assignment. Enough times spent frantically scribbling on the bus and typing away in the library right up to the start of my first period class only to end up with a shoddy product obviously cobbled together frantically because I ran out of time taught me my lesson. If I stay up until I finish it, I know that it's done and can go to bed with a clear conscience. The only disadvantage is that I am now too used to pulling all-nighters and don't see it as a huge deal if I'm still not done with something at 4 a.m. on the due date, which I am trying to train myself out of, especially since I loooove sleep and have way too much experience with the pains of sleep deprivation.

Not really. I only did this like 4 times. I usually wake up 10 minutes earlier to print out papers and stuff though.

naww, last year i would just wake up at my normal time,
and go to class late. now, i mainly get my work done at school,
so i don't really get homework (: when i do, i just force myself to do it right away -.-;

I can't ever wake up early to do my homework. I can't stay up the whole night doing it anymore either. I have been forced to try to do my work ahead of time...lol. My body is dying on me.

Yup! Usually when I do assignments and I'm really sleepy and can't concentrate anymore, I just sleep and wake up early (6am kind of early) to do it, finish it, then go in to hand it in : D
I've learnt that I can't pull allnighters cos I just end up taking a nap and sleeping in and having to rush it >_>

There are nights when I'm working or simply just want to talk a break from school. So yes, I do sometimes get up earlier in the mornings to do my homework. Thank God my earliest class starts at 12:30.

have yet to start it. Two essays, a few papers
with questions to answer, and a lab to finish.
Yay. It's okay though, 'cause I can handle it.

I used to do that, but my high school starts way too early to do homework =__=;;

never~ i'd never be able to get up and do it. instead i'll sit there all night or pull an allnighter to
get it done. if i do it in the morning than i'll take way too long and i wont' be able to get ready

OMG YEAH.
i've been doing it almost every day now. i get so lazy towards the end and i'll be like "eff this, i'll just wake up early." i usually wake up at 6 because i take the bus. and when i do this, i usually wake up at 4-5 AM to finish up some stuff. takes up my sleeping time but at least i got to sleep early the night before. so it's all good.
