Superman would win for sure. He has superhuman strength!
I thought the 20+ section was supposed to be about "the real world".
Anyway~ to answer the question Superman would win most definitely. Batman is nothing without his gadgets.

i'm not so sure it's as cut and dry as Superman wins by default of super powers.
Batman has an excellent arsenal of gadgetry; if his weapons are modified with kryptonite and their fight is in the Batcave or any other subterranean place that is far away from the regenerative properties of the yellow sun, Superman is just as likely to be beaten.
I think the big black bat could put a serious hurtin on the man of steel.

I think Batman would win. He's pretty smart. He could make a kryptonite bat-erang.

Superman first from the kryptonite nestled in the fabric of my manly chesthair as I embrace him in a fatal bro-hug, and Batman shortly after as I lure him in with my sexy catwoman costume and a tray of poisonous fig newtons so alluring even Ghandi in the midst of a fervent hunger strike couldn't deny.

But Batman will be coming in his fully armored, awesome, one-of-a-kind-state-of-the-art Batmobile so those laser beams will bounce off like nothing. He's gonna swerve left then right. Left, right. Left, right in the midst of a laser shower. Then he'll blast off 2 small missiles containing the Kryptonite that Alfred got him the night before.
Those small but deadly missiles will be locked on the flying target and KABOOM!!!! The Dark Knight comes out on top once again!
Batman, He has the only device that can kill Superman. Plus he is Batman, he is always at the very least 5-steps ahead of anyone he is fighting.
